The main sitting room could have had a little more comfortable furniture. There were 6 of us in a 3 bedroom which was spacious, but this area could be better appointed.

The location is fantastic! You can easily walk to all the great restaurants, shops and Falls Park.

the same credit card that was used for the down payment could not be used for Mint House/Greenville for final payment. It was the same credit card. Booking.com has me as My middle name and last name. (i go by my middle name). My credit card is First name, middle initial, then last name. We were given tasks to perform like sending a picture of Driver's License, which we did 2 hours before check in but no one would let us know what to do. We called 3 times before our check in time of 3 pm but no one could help us. We got there at 15 to 3:00 and sat in front of Mint House. We saw someone inside the door with a name tag and we knocked on the door and she saw us and helped us. Very frustrating dealing with Mint house on the phone because they couldn't help us at all. Everyone boasts about customer service and most back it up except here. This is my opinion only due to my experience.

Parking directions need to be more clear. Luckily we saw a valet worker at a nearby hotel that pointed us in the right direction to enter the underground parking lot.

Great walkable location to see a show at the Peace Center. The mattress was very comfortable!!

The only drawback was no overnite onsite parking but there were a couple of parking decks close . We just dropped off luggage and the parked in deck afterward.

Heavier window treatments or turning the outside blue decorative building lights off at 10pm would have been nice. Clearer parking information on the website and easier customer verification for repeat visits would be nice.

The walls are definitely thin and you can hear people next to you talking, but ear plugs are provided and that helped!

The location of Mint House is amazing and so close to everything. The apartment is spacious and really comfortable. The space has everything you need.

Parking was somewhat limited and we initially paid to park in the lot in front of the property because the parking garage stayed “Full”. There is a sign that says “No Mint House Parking”. Do not park here! If you leave your car overnight and do not move it by 9 am you may find that you received a citation. We learned that parking in the parking garage (171 Riverplace) had plenty of spaces. Ignore the sign that says “Full”. If there are no spots you can exit within 30 minutes and not pay. Beware that there are 3 entrances to this parking garage and GPS will not directly take you to the correct location. We figured it out after the first day.

The location could not be better. We were a 2 minute walk to Falls on the Reedy and a 4 minute drive to Publix. The property was clean and has everything you need from towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, paper towels, tissues and extra toilet paper (under the sink), sponge, silverware, cups, mugs, toaster, oven and full fridge. I loved how our kids had their own room with a Jack and Jill bathroom. We had our own private bedroom with our own bathroom. This place was amazing and we loved the ease of checking in / out. During our stay the property checked on us via text to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Finding the parking lot is a bummer. It took me 30 minutes to figure out the public parking place. I didn't even find the outdoor parking which was stated 0.1m away from Minthouse.

It's clean and convenient in Greenville downtown and makes you feel at home. I like the kitchen, very standard size kitchen and living area. The suppliers also meet my needs.

Walls were thin. And the front bedroom could hear all the neighbors coming and going. (Earplugs nice to have). You could use one more small soft chair and the TV room by sliders.

The location was great. the beds were comfortable. The place was clean and roomy enough. Coffe station was really nice to have (stocked well). Having boxed waters were nice.

Coffee maker needs a good cleaning. The parking needs better description. The two garages were full and the signs at the public lot allowed parking only short hours during the weekday.
