The couch, unfolded, was not very comfortable to sleep on.

Clearer directions on arrival would’ve been help, struggled to find Mint House. Bedroom lighting a little dark, especially due to lack of windows.

Only had 1 key fob for the elevator with 5 of us. The pool was shut down the 2nd day we were there so didn't get to enjoy it

Road surprisingly noisy in evening - several motorcycles without silencers. No ability to control thermostat and one setting for whole apartment. Not enough kitchen equipment.

Nice clean block. Lovely reception staff who are not part of Mint House but v helpful especially in absence of any verbal or face to face contact with mint House staff.

We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed- the sheets were not clean on the sofa bed and had dark hairs on them.

The location was excellent for downtown Miami. Apartment was lovely and pool was great.

I would have appreciated a nespresso maschine in the kitchen and two bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The studio was definitely great, very well equipped and the bed was super comfy. There is an enormous pool on the 8th floor with a cozy garden terrace. The location was terrific, with a Whole Food market just across the street and a short walk to the Bayside park.

Road construction was happening at all hours of the night when we visited

The condo was amazing! We had a view of the water and a cruise ship from the balcony. It was the perfect location for a conference at the Hyatt Regency and there was a Whole Foods across the street for access to easy to-go meals.

No response to fix the apartment issues we had.

The 2 br apartment itself was very comfortable for 2 couples. However we experienced a number problems during our 2 night stay which we reported but they were unfortunately never rectified. The issues were minor but added up to make our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Iron didn't work, tv remote was flat so couldn't use Tv, power points in kitchen weren't working & no ted or coffee in the room. Not that we could have boiled the jug due to power points not working. It's disappointing as it's a great clean unit but for the $$ the lack of maintenance tarnished our stay.

Wasn’t a hotel as advertised, but instead an apartment rented out. Shower drain was blocked and the soap dispenser didn’t work. Only gave one roll of toilet paper

However I had asked for an apartment for 3 people, including my little daughter, and when we arrived at the apartment at night only 1 bed was done. The were no linnen to make the sofa/bed and eventough I asked for it again, after we arrived in the apartment, no one ever solve it and my daughter had to sleep only with the blanket left in the closet. Also one of the two keys left for us to use was not working.

I liked the style and location of the apartment. It was all clean and organized. The building is very modern and the gym has very nice equipments.

The security code to enter the suite was not operable and i had to go to the lobby and find out they couldn't help me and didn't seem to care one way or another. They gave me a phone number for me to clear it up. Infuriating at $700 a night!

Unfortunately, the staff did not perform well. The reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child under 16. The apartment was prepared for 2 people. Towels for 2 people. But the worst thing was that my two sons slept with their clothes on for 4 nights. There was no bedding. I asked for bedding for 4 days, the owner sent staff who, if they showed up after 3 days, did not understand English. Stay in the apartment on vacation for 5 days, including 4 days without bed linen.

I do not like self-check in and your all your procedure if someone no know about the Development and technology, he cannot stay in your hotel ... also the housekeeping it is not the easy way to let them clean my apartment .... you have to write that in the booking how is your procedure to not make any surprise specially when he arrives and he is tired from his travel and you ask him to call you or sent by the email some information you should have it before he arrives to you ... because we are already give it to you more than tow month ago and you ask again when we arrive and we have to take photos to you and wait your email to confirm all that process not easy way for some one come from long trip like me more than 20 hours just to arrive to you and with me children and just i want to find some employees on the Reception give us the key and make easy check in without all that story .... thank you

There was no drawers to store clothes and there was no dedicated area to do hair or make up. No ability to leave luggage on day of check out or check in.

The property had lovely pool facilities. Good location for us and whole foods really handy nearby. Lovely modern apartment.

We ordered food through their stock your fridge service since we knew we were arriving really late and our food wasn't delivered and I'm still waiting for the refund. Parking wasn't super convenient and it was expensive. The apartment was comfortable but we used the sofa bed and had to move heavy furniture around to do so and there wasn't really a good place to put that furniture when the bed was out.

Location, room and amenities were solid. Staff was quick to respond to our issues even though they're off-site.

I had a fantastic one-month stay at this hotel. The apartments were exactly as depicted in the photos, and they had everything needed for a comfortable life. It truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the window was unforgettable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent spa and pool area.
