Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNo free on-site parking! Only paid valet that was full or offsite parking lots that were 2+ blocks away - no lights so walking back at night not comfortable.
Proximity to restaurants, shops, museums. .

United States of AmericaThe "virtual check-in" was cumbersome. Had to call several times to clarify and correct issues so we could get our check-in instructions. Nearby construction noise started just before 8 a.m. each morning. The lack of a comfortable couch, chairs, or some kind of sitting area was a bit inconvenient.
New, clean, spacious, full kitchen and nicely appointed. Location is close to a redeveloping neighborhood with lots of trendy stores, restaurants and bars. We go to Tropicana Field and it is a short walk.

United KingdomParking lot-no options. They did offer links to daily parking spaces from$5-$12 but that was a little walk away!
Location perfect. New apartment complex offering good facilities. I personally liked the size of development.

United States of AmericaThere’s nothing not to like. They accommodate parking for only $35 a day and can hold our luggage even after we check out.
It’s so convenient for going to the rays game, so many bars and restaurants around. Very walking friendly!

United States of AmericaThe thermostat was a little tricky but we dd get it figured out.
This was lovely, very clean, and looked like a brand new apartment. It is not a hotel or Bnb as they do not provide a continental breakfast or daily maid service, however there is someone working in their lobby office and valets are there to park and retrieve your car. The kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry appliances are right in the room. Coffee packets that lasted us 4 days were supplied along with packs of sugar and cream in canisters along with dishwasher and laundry pellets. Publix grocery is just about a 10 min walk and there were many coffee shops, restaurants and bars all steps away. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and the bed was comfy-not too soft not too firm and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although we did not use the pool. We would pick this place again!

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing!
Location was excellent. There were assorted diverse bars and restaurants located along the road nearby. Quite a bohemian and arty feel. Great for the marina and pier area. Easy parking and drive is a straight line from apartments. Super museums. We chose to Valet park so no problems parking and walking to apartment. We just parked in front and staff parked it for us! The apartment had everything you need for a city stay including dishwasher, fridge freezer, balcony, air con etc. We were amazed at the value and location of these super roomy apartments. All staff were friendly, professional and polite. Beautiful city.

United States of AmericaI think you could get away with not having a car, but it would be more difficult to see the area and get to the beach. I found the parking instructions sent by the hotel to be very confusing; I went to one of the addresses suggested by the hotel and it was not a parking lot, additionally, some of the public lots don't allow overnight parking. Eventually I found the ParkMobile app and just street parked on nearby residential street; the city rates are decent and much better than private lots or valet. Overall I think the hotel was a bit expensive for a self-service style stay, but there are currently few other mid-tier modern hotel options in the area.
Fantastic location, lots of walkable options for food & drink, one block off of the main drag so it's still pretty quiet and had no issues with noise overall. The building is brand new, clean, and well maintained. While on a longer trip I love being able to do laundry in the unit, and prepare meals or leftovers; having access to a real kitchen can counteract some of the extra cost vs going out for every meal.

United States of AmericaParking can be a bit difficult and was a bit sparse. However, with a little walking in effort, that’s really not a big deal at all.
The location was great, and the view from the balcony during sunset is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very helpful, and the amenities provided our top-notch. There are a ton of good restaurants and fun bars in the area as well.

United States of AmericaNo parking! The parking situation should be made clear on the sites advertising. Valet parking is an extra $35 per day and was NOT available since full! We had to either walk several blocks for paid parking or risk being towed parking on nearby street. Neighborhood is so-so..
Excellent rooms, everything clean, well designed, Excellent staff.

United States of AmericaThere was nothing we didn't like!
Everything was clean and the room was large with a kitchen. We also had a balcony so we could look out over the city. The checkin process was easy, and we valeted the car. The staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again!

United States of AmericaThere isn't a couch or lounge chair in the room, would be a nice thing to have. The construction next door is very loud, it'll be a huge improvement when it's over. The pool was heated one day and cold the next, so would be good to have consistency there.

United KingdomNoisy refrigerator but resolved by turning it down at night; bit of a mix up re getting our room cleaned (rooms cleaned on request); there is building work going on next door during the week but it didn't really bother us too much and not the hotel's fault.
Great, stylish hotel; fantastic location close to bars and restaurants; stylish, well-equiped studio, and we loved having direct access to the pool; helpful staff; close to the sunrunner bus stops for both downtown and the beach; lovely pool area.

GermanyParking on your own when you want to save on the valet service can be a bit of a pain - not unexpected in a Downtown area - and the apartments are a tad too small to stay in for extended periods of time during a day.
Excellent accommodation for everyone who wants to explore Downtown St. Pete. With modern equipment, valet parking is really good, and service was excellent.
