I was out of the room before the restaurant opened. I've eaten dinner there, before, and enjoyed it. Despite a Rays home game and nearby construction, I was able to find parking on the street without any difficulty. It may prove a problem in the future when the building next door is completed... In all candor, I waited to reply because I want to book there in the future and was hopeful there'd be vacancies. Still, give this place its due. A great find in downtown St. Pete.

The AC kept getting warmer through the night vs staying at a lower temperature ie 73 vs 78.

What a surprise little gem. Exceptionally clean with thoughtful amenties ie, Kwaha coffee, Tazo teas, sugar, Salt, Pepper, toaster over, Dishawasher soap, Laundry soap, lovely hand and dish soap. These little extras helped immensely during our stay as Hurricane Idila blew through.

There didn’t appear to be any access to local channels/cable on the tv, so while it’s a smart tv with several apps you can plug in, it is time consuming to do so, and if you’re a traveler who doesn’t already have subscriptions to things like Netflix or ESPN+ you’re stuck there. However, with as little time I spent in the room, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The location (close to Tropicana Field, restaurants and bars and other amenities), the staff was super friendly and helpful and the facilities were all amazing. A good value for the price and a cozy, spacious room with some extras like the kitchenette and balcony seating, especially nice for extended stays. Full-sized fridge, stove, plates, glasses, etc. as area to sit. Was very pleased.

The building is brand new and really clean. It's a great location walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making for a really comfortable stay. The housekeeping was exceptionally detail focused.

The location is perfect for walking around, but there was no place to park! The attendant told us a place to park on the street where I would not get a ticket and would be safe until the next morning by 8am! Needless to say, at 7:15 am there was already a ticket on my vehicle from 8:21 pm, the night prior! Everyone was helpful but I could not stay two additional nights when they already caused me to get a fine!

The location is perfect for walking around! The staff was helpful and kind. They really tried to make the situation better.

Bed was VERY uncomfortable. !!! Valet parking wasn’t available, so it made parking horrible .!!! I even got a parking summons. If parking isn’t improved, I would not come back. Poolside music stood on well past midnight which made it difficult to sleep.

Room was a good size with washer and dryer. Location very good. Staff very friendly.

The staff I spoke with were not very friendly or helpful. I was told you applied discounts for AARP or AAA and when I received my bill today, there was no discount honored. The price was very high, parking is horrible, no valet available. Overall, I was very disappointed. I travel often and am not hard to please, I did not have a good experience.

I loved loved loved the hotel, however, there was zero parking. I was told the valet parking was unavailable even though the spots were empty. We were directed to parking lots about 10 walking minutes away from the hotel. We ended up parking in a garage and had to take an Uber back to the hotel. This experience caused us a lot of stress and loss of about 2 hours of an already short trip. If you as a hotel do not have any parking, that needs to be announced very very very clearly.

In booking.com and Google they has pet-frendly option. But when I arrived, they told me, I can't check in with a cat. So, I didn't stay and canceled book.

HUGE construction project next door, loud booming noises started between 6:30-7am every morning Mon-Sat. Woke us up with a BANG every day. Couldn't enjoy the balcony. Mint House should disclose this when booking. Also, nowhere to sit inside the room.

Super clean, safe, nice staff. Beds were memory foam but a bit low.

They need to mop not just sweep floor. White socks get brown immediately when I remove my shoes. Happens every time I stay here.

Instructions about entering the building unclear no parking available valet never responded after waiting 2hrs I had a problem with the thermostat had to wait an hour for someone to respond through a text I left didn’t even stay the full night

I paid extra for a pool view/balcony and ended up on the corner room in the busiest corner of st. petersburg- SUPER loud.. everyone can look inside so I had to keep the blinds down. Not good.

Great location! Fantastic staff-- super helpful and resourceful. Overall great stay.
