The only thing I didn't like, was my room door had a weird way of locking when leaving the room, other then that it was great.

Pools are accessible 24hrs for adults. The balcony is a nice touch. Property is clean, definitely recommend others!

As I mentioned above, the rooms and the interior needs to be fixed. We don't expect to be fixed everything in one shut, but there is a need for repairs. We encounter bugs (cockroaches) in the bathroom, and this is unacceptable. Second, couple nights we slept in a room across the Ice Maker and a Drink dispenser, and it was an unacceptable noise during the night!

My wife and I like the outside. It's beautiful, it's clean, people are friendly, everything outside is nice, but inside needs to be updated. It looks that nothing was improved inside! We are coming at this place for the 3rd or 4th time, and I have hoped that they will do some necessary repairs.

We knew not to expect a modern, new facility, so we were not surprised by the Mid Century, run down Motel 6 style of the hotel. The lobby carpet was unacceptably dirty. A motel of this caliber should not dare charge 260 a night, but it is sitting on a Hot Spring so that's the only reason they can get away with it.

The room was decent size and cleanliness, everything worked as expected. The hot spring pools were dated but very clean good mineral water, the pool area had a certain charm. The best part about this motel was the pools. We will come back again because of the mineral pools. We really liked that the pools were open 24 hours for bathing.

The person offering us substances at the pool while our kids were there. The spa charging my card for a person in our party who booked the massage separately.

The bartender was nice. Guy, dark hair, forgot his name but he was nice. The massage therapist was nice and she gave a good massage. We ran into her at a casino after her shift and she was very sweet.

The pools were wonderful however the hotel part of it needs a little TLC. Old outdated carpet. A couple of spots you could feel the floorboards had separated. The beds were very uncomfortable. No cushion left, just springs. Plug behind coffee maker didn't work so had to move coffee pot to the bathroom in order to brew my coffee. In the bathroom, the shower curtain bar was loose so the weight of the curtain was tilting the bar which made the curtain continuously slide towards the middle. Had to keep readjusting curtain while taking a shower, to avoid water from splashing on the ground. The sink water was super hot on both sides of the faucet. I understand the hot springs but was curious as to why there was no cold water available. For dinner, the ŕestaurant didn't have a few of the main items on menu. But what I settled for was decent. Overall vibe is outdated! However, the beautiful outside pool area makes up for it. All of the beautiful plants and palms and evening lighting create a relaxing tropical ambience. And having a lifeguard is a plus!

No assistance for elderly/disabled to bring up luggage. There were some very guests that should have been kicked out.
