Lovely soothing ambiance with rooms (and also bungalows) wrapping around a pond and manicured garden that are said to resemble the ones Monet painted. Cozy place in your elegant grandmother's style, plush pillows and drapes, pretty rugs, spa quality toiletries, fireplace in the rooms. Great service with positive vibes, soothing music, and fragrances everywhere. Very good yoga and fitness classes, nice sauna, steam and fun outdoor hot tub. Good restaurant too, plus very convenient to the town's many eateries.

We would have appreciated knowing however that it was a prix fixe dinner since we were dining with our two children and the meal was very expensive. We would have preferred more options especially since our dinner plan was to dine in house both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Our Christmas Eve meal was one to remember and compliments to the chef. We loved the ambiance of the dining room and sitting next to the fire place.

Not that I am a big TV watcher but tvNp was not very good. Channel play over each other. The whole thing made no sense. Restaurant menu needs a rework.

There were a few things I was not told about that would have been nice to know like the wine card. When I asked about booking again the manager seemed miffed about the question. Difficult to get appointments at the spa. Make the appointments before booking the room

Great location, great food, quiet. The spa area was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Many of the staff were kind and polite.

Clarity on the cost of wine by the ounce. There was confusion and we ended up being charged $53 for a 3 oz pour of a wine that I can buy for $28 for the whole bottle! The bar tender was very busy that night and this is likely why he didn't clarify it for us. The front desk was wonderful about refunding us this cost and made it so we will definitely come back. They truly understand the art of customer service

It's expensive, but very much worth it! We went a few years ago for a birthday celebration expecting it to be very expensive, but we found it was not nearly as pricey as we thought due to the spa credits when paying for the room. Beautiful!

Though no fault of the facility, our upstairs neighbors were very noisy at all hours of the day. It was quite annoying and we were this close to complaining, but the inn was obviously at capacity, so it wouldn't have mattered.

Beautiful surroundings, helpful & friendly staff, comfortable lodging and convenient to the historic town and lake. Food at all meals was excellent, and the atmosphere was like being in a Monet painting! This was our second visit and our anniversary; the staff left us a bottle of champagne on ice to enjoy upon our arrival!
