Parking for larger vehicles (large SUVs, trucks, RVs) very limited. Knob for bath and shower a bit tough to pull and push. Clothing and wardrobe space not great.

Good location, essential services within walking distance. Room location was fairly well insulated from traffic noise. Air conditioning unit easy to operate. Amenities included small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and valuables safe. Very good WiFi speed.and cable TV channel choices. Breakfast provided was good with both standard continental breakfast items plus fresh (and quite good) biscuits and gravy, and self-prepared waffles.

The bathroom cleanliness could use more attention. After dinner when bathing the kids, I noticed that some hair from previous guests had not been cleaned off the floor. The tub / shower and non-skid mat either need a deep scrubbing or replacement, as they seem pretty worn and dirt stained. But, with guests washing off beach sand regularly, I'm sure that's a contributing factor. The inside doorknob of the bathroom also did not lock / latch completely, which could be very easily fixed.

Staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. There was an administrative error during the check-in process, but manager ensured that it was promptly corrected and that our card would not be charged the incorrect amount. There was also a small misunderstanding about our check-out time due to an email I received indicating that check-out was "around 11am but anytime before noon" - apparently this came from the 3rd party site and not from management, but they were very nice when we needed a few extra minutes to finish packing up. Parking was readily available near our room, which was a relief since we drive a larger vehicle. Property was quiet overnight. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the "Family Room" setup was functional for 2 adults and 3 small children, which is exactly what I hoped for. Breakfast options were plentiful and much appreciated! Location is what it is...we didn't try and figure out if we could access a beach closer to the hotel, since we were only there a short time and wanted to play on the Boardwalk. All in all, a pleasant and affordable stay!

Not a place to expect a view and no pool or exercise room but loved staying there. We walked to the beach, great coffee and great Mexican food.

Staff was amazing. Everyone was nice. So close to many restaurants, shops, breweries, coffee shops and great walks. Just about a 1 mile walk to beach cliffs

There wasn't anything that I would say that would be negative. The only negative would be that since it's on a main road, rooms closer to the front may hear some of the road traffic.

Met expectations Beds were comfortable and the pillows were as well. The room was clean. The fridge was larger than expected and we could fit a gallon jug of milk. Cute patio area.

Room appears clean, but the base of the tub on the outside and around the chair in the corner had long, dark hairs that were very off-puting as it likely meant the floors weren’t very clean. Sheets were scratchy.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, updated rooms with no carpeting which was nice. Beds were pretty comfy. Great breakfast: fruit, yogurt, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, mini waffle maker, bagels or bread, cereal.

We had to eat breakfast right at 7am as we had to be at the college 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, all of the breakfast items were not ready and available at this time so we ended up with quick cold foods like bagels, muffins, and bananas. Was hoping everything would be out and ready to serve the several guests that were in the breakfast room.

The property was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Everything was within 10-15 minutes. We were able to check in right at 3pm. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of lighting in the room.

Close to Westside restaurants and Cafes and parking was free and easy. The room itself was large.
