Pet fees were very high, the temperature in the room wasn't regulated (it was too hot, then took cold), the air was loud when it came on, walls were very thin.

I don't think there's anything it didn't like I do think it could be a little updated the carpets were pretty stained and it was kind of dreary but it was still very comfortable.

There was no bread of any kind at all at breakfast and this was mentioned to the front desk. There was no container to hold bread etc so it was not that it was empty. The pillowcases and sheets looked crumpled.

Check-in was fast, the room was clean and there was an elevator in the building. The location was close to restaurants and the Corn Palace attraction.

The evening front desk gal was very rude when we had to go to the front desk to get our keys re-keyed. When we returned to the hotel in the evening they no longer worked to open our room door. The breakfast food was gone, had to go ask the front desk staff if there was more. Didn’t seem as though they were prepared for the busiest weekend in Mitchell, SD.

It just felt like a low-quality hotel. I didn't see a greeting letter, telephone or how to contact the front desk or housekeeping etc.

The lady that was working morning wouldn't restock the breakfast so our son got breakfast, but the 3 adults did not. It was 8:20 & breakfast ended at 9. There was also 2 elderly couples that she said she wouldn't make more breakfast for... disappointed by that fact.

It had stained carpets, needed painting and a good deep cleaning. Glad we only had to stay 1 night

It appears they updated somethings in the rooms but interior/ exterior is poorly neglected, room door was hard to open and when opened the door latch stays stuck in so when you close the door it's not secure/ basically push on door it just opens had to struggle with it

It's pet friendly, pretty quiet at night/ evening, bed was comfortable

The pool was falling apart, our refrigerator had something pink in the ice compartment all over. Over all it was a pleasant stay

Old, not recently remodeled, noisy air conditioners that you are not allowed to set lower than 70, but feels warmer in the room. Hallway is dirty. I was greeted by a sign on the desk asking me to call a number that was the front desk.

Room was dirty. Carpet was dirty and there weren’t mattress covers on the mattresses. Mattress had many stains. There was hairs on the toilet seat.

Missing ceiling tiles. Pool had broken parts in the bottom. Really dark not well lit hallways.

Good space in the room. Comfy bed. Staff made more waffle mix when there was a line of people wanting it but 15 minutes before Breakfast closing.

property appeared run down, the pool’s bottom was deteriorating, and the window unit air conditioner was very noisy. We had to shut it off to sleep and then the room got hot. Breakfast was ok, but it seemed like the staff was doing the bare minimum possible.

The swimming pool could really use much needed help ! It was filty and smelled very bad .I didn't think they use any chlorine and the floor is all chipped and could hurt someone. It bothered me to swim in it

We had some waffles and I think they could invest in a better waffle maker as this one didn't. Make them good . They were still kinda doughy . Otherwise it was good .
