You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThis is not something which we didn’t like but if there is something the hotel wants to change then I would say that they can make the breakfast area a bit bigger because when a few people want to have breakfast at the same time then if becomes a bit crowded.
We liked everything about our stay. Rooms, staff, location, price, Breakfast and parking. I highly recommend this hotel

The room was excellent. Very clean. Two sinks, magnification mirror, safe, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, keurig style coffee pot, room came to temperature quickly, excellent lighting, lounge chair and couch, desk, extra room for suitcases, and of course the standard amenities. Breakfast was excellent, large selection, and the guys in charge were friendly, helpful and kept everything stocked. Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. Room service every day, so appreciated.

United States of AmericaMy boyfriend and I traveled to Moab = Best Western Canyonlands room 209 2 queen beds - for a wedding - our first time in Moab, his first in Utah! we absolutely loved our stay - the staff was great - especially loved the little 24 hour snack bar by the entrance! Unfortunately we were only in town for 2 nights but both days dined at Glorias! Im craving that Bistro burger, spinach dip and the Cinnamon french toast. In the short stay and several events we had to attend we were able to shop right by the hotel, and SCORED! truly loved every moment! a couple other spots that we were able to hit and had so much fun: Woody's Zaks Food truck park Paninis Miss gelato Meditarranean Truck

Hotel was centrally located to Moab's main street and we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Moab visitor center. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast had more and better options than other hotels we stayed at while on this trip, and the breakfast staff was very friendly.
