United States of America5 Reviews“Nice house with pool for a relaxing getaway but travel to & from the neighborhood is very busy/slow”Our dog could not use the fenced yard because of burweed. We had to walk her on a leash down the street. The living room furniture had tiny ants that would walk on my laptop screen. The refrigerator ice maker as broken and there were no ice cube trays. There were no supplies for cooking - spices, oil etc that I have come to expect from other rentals.
The house was clean and nicely furnished.

United States of America2 ReviewsPoorTo begin with, I was told the day before I would receive a code a little bit before check in time at 4. The day of check-in, we traveled 4 1/2 hrs. When we got there, we were about 35 mins before 4, so we found things to do because we still had no check in code, because we were technically early. After about 4:20, I reached out to the host, letting them know we still had not received the check-in code. No response till close to 5. Any ways I understood and we had finally stopped to eat with it being so late that it was fine. We get to the home, again very nice. When we go in the bathrooms, we realize we have toiletries(toilet paper)that have been used before us, again no biggy TILL we are surprised to see there is NO OTHER TOILET PAPER IN THE HOME. We had to go out and buy toiletries, and only 2 rags were there for use in a home that held at most 8 people. This home is also advertising "pet friendly." When I booked, it did not give an option to state I was bringing pets. After the stay, I was contacted (by host), stating I did not let them know I was bringing my dogs. To which I responded, saying I didn't see where I needed to add on to my stay that I had pets. This is my first time booking a home with my my pets and i did assume it was already included in the fee. I apologized and was willing to pay the fee of $200 dollars(requested by host). I asked him to charge the card we paid on. He said he could not and sent a email for zelle. I do not use zelle, nor did I feel comfortable sending a total different payment out of the booking site. Before I could respond(which i had been doing frequently to get the issue resolved) I then received an email from customer service stating the host let them know I did not follow property rules and I owe $150 dollars. It felt more like they were trying to get a double payment out of me/ overcharge me outside of the booking app. I personally would not stay at the facility with pets.
The home was spacious, nice home.

United States of America1 review“Really disappointed”Sheets had crumbs and hair on them not clean the blankets stained. Dishes where not washed, floor was sticky and gross walls had spills on them, both toilets are broken, pool area broken, grill broken, kids bed broken daughter fell on broken ladder and bled from butt and vagina, wall pictures cracked and hanging off walls. Thermostat hanging off of wall. Pool was dirty. Back door was broken. Water smells. Had to ask too many questions not enough guidance. Staying there for 5 days was too much to complain about and no where to go. Even after telling about my daughter's injuries I was told I would get no compensation. Please keep your families safe and avoid this place.
