Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI got a bunk mate who was insensitive to the fact that everyone was trying to sleep and had work the next day. The guy was making phone calls in the middle of the night, trying to order a pizza at midnight. Another thing to pay attention to is your going to get a different address than what’s listed on the site! Although the new address wasn’t too far it’s still inconvenient.
Building seems recently renovated so facilities are fairly clean.

United States of America-sent a different address than the one advertised -Annoying bunk mate, she is extremely nasty and made constant noise (moving the bunk bed around, endless sweeping, randomly turns on the room light and starts making a ruckus at 2am that lasted for an hour straight) - Room is so small that the bunk bed blocks the door entrance. You have to move the entire bunk bed just to get in and out. -very noisy you can hear every footstep or noise from the other floors -not good ventilation, feels like you can’t breathe at times -messy roommates
The building looks like the photo which is good.

United States of AmericaThis is a hostel after all guys, so please set your expectations accordingly. Know that you will be sharing rooms with more than 2 people at least. And please bring your own toiletries. Bring your own towels. And don’t expect a staff to be cleaning and catering to your every whim.
The place was clean

United States of AmericaEverything ! The parking how over crowed the rooms were, I did not know it was a place where people lived there long term, the sheets were dirty and smelled, the room was full of smoke from all the candles and insents burning all night and the a few of them smoking in the bathroom ?? I could not sleep due to the constant in and out and the door opening with the other residents it felt like a sober living or some kind of transitional place. Which would have been fine if I was aware!!! As for a lower bed due to my injury Instead I had to climb up a child like unsteady bunkbed . Which is made for childern under 12yrs it was so so so very hard to get out of that bed I fell all the way down off the ladder . I am Braselton my arms and foot and both the sides of my hips never ever will I go back I called both number several times no answer. I called the house manger nothing. I paid for a four room the put me in a 6 bed long term room I stead of a room just for vacation people and short term visitors.
Nothing much did not get to see the whole house ?? It was three levels from what I can see on the out side.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like how the long term guest had all their belongings in the shower making it hard to shower without taking a dump or showering without touching a rag, hair bar of soap or other bathroom personnel.
Nothing. The place is ran by a white LA raised recovering addict. Who places all the women in his dorm because he can’t go anywhere else to find women. The way he looks you can tell he gets paid a place to sleep in exchange for household duties

United States of AmericaThere isn’t anywhere to sit down. You would have to buy a chair. There’s this big living room space but there’s no couch’s or chairs. When you come back to the house it sucks for the people who don’t want to stay in the room. You’re in your room for hours because there isn’t anywhere to sit in this great big living room space. They don’t supply anything but especially essentials so come prepared. No towels, toilet paper, detergent, or hand soap. I had to buy a bar of soap so we could wash our hands in the restroom inside of our room. There isn’t any paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen so you make sure you buy yourself a roll before you come. The only thing they supplied were the bed, sheet, and a blanket. Everything else you would have to buy on your own. Two things I need to add just as a heads up. When you go inside of the bathroom in your room look behind you to make sure the door is completely closed. Most of the doors are broken and the they don’t close all the way. And this building has balconies. But there’s bunk beds in damn near every room so if your on the 2nd floor and above you would have to move whoever’s bed is blocking the patio to the balcony just so you could step onto the balcony and enjoy it. I remember having to move my roommates bed a couple of times just so I could go on the balcony and enjoy a smoke or some tea. They placed the second set of bunk beds literally right in front of the patio door. I’m just glad to have had shelter for the four nights I was there. Everything else was extremely disappointing. Also check in is from 3pm to 10pm but you have to check out at 11am the day you checkout. Which is extremely stupid. There isn’t a front desk it’s just a man who wants to see proof that you paid. So I don’t see why you would inconveniently have to wait until midday to check in.
I liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer.

United States of AmericaThe on site manager was so so nice!! He guided me at the whole time. Check in procedure was smooth. All the house rules are clearly stated on the wall. Bathroom and kitchen are super clean. There is a cleaner working all the time during my stay. I plan to stay at this place whenever I come to LA. Price is affordable!!
