Could have better beds but not complaining. Everything was beyond exceptional for what's offered. Easily better than a hotel. Many things to offer. Condo is well setup. Many little things that hotels do not offer. Again, price is really reasonable and really there's nothing to not like. Everything executed to perfection. One of the best places to stay.

Wow, what wasn’t to like?! From the responsive and clear communication with Neal & Wendy; to the spacious, secure, and meticulously clean condo with a huge deck; to the prime location nestled among restaurants, shops, and a movie theater all within walking distance; this property had all one could want or need. Our family of four, including two kids ages 7 and 10, appreciated the family-friendly games, extra hangers, large bathtub, and the owners’ kind accommodation to separate the guest room’s double bed into two twins for our girls. Highly recommend this gem of a property. Thank you, Wendy & Neal!

No breakfast but close enough to restaurants to walk to. Close to shopping and weekend market. Very quiet compared to motels we have stayed in and half the cost with all the amenities we need.

Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more! Spent many hours on outdoor patio, walking distance to restaurants and river. Biked on the local trails. Location is in a part of town that is clean, quiet and walkable.

The Riverstone area is extremely convenient to downtown Coer D'Alene - less than 2 blocks from the North Idaho Centennial Trail (and condo had 2 bikes we were able to use) that leads right into town. Also 2 blocks from the Spokane River. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We were there to watch our son complete the Ironman and it was a fantastic trip! Thank you Wendy and Neal!!

There wasn't a hose outside anywhere to clean off our bikes after taking a day trip to Hiawatha trail, but that's very unique and not the host's fault.

We loved the location! Our room was great, and it was very quiet.

We loved the modern condo, that was fully equipment with amenities, and appliances. We walked to the shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. Private garage and access to the deck was a big plus. There was even a bottle of Sonoma wine when we arrived!

Cleanliness and mattresses. I paid 120$ for a cleaning fee only to find dust on lights, blinds, refrigerator. The general place was clean but some more deep cleaning is needed. The mattresses were stiff/hard.

We had a hard time figuring out the TV some but that, I believe, was us.

We liked everything about the place. There was nothing not to like. It was clean, modern, comfortable and convenient to places to go. The location is great for exploring North Idaho and it is also in a nice location of its own. Nice shops and restaurants to walk to. Nice area to walk in.
