My keys stopped working every day. Had to go to the office to get new keys coded every day. Royal pain in the ass. The TV stopped working on the second day. It was fixed before I got back to my room. When I pressed 0 in the phone I was connected to a message that all agents were helping other callers. Never got connected to the front desk. A sham.

That the beds said queen online when booking, but they were really full size. Because a queen size could fit me with my two boys normally. Oh and I found a roach under the sink within the first hour of arrival.

I think serving sausage links, potatoes and scrambled eggs, everyday and the option to have pancakes one day and waffles alternate, with the exception that toast/bagels, cold cereal, fruit and hard boiled eggs be great. And I most liked the fact this place did take cash. Most hotels DO NOT now days.

SLIDING GLASS DOOR NEEDED EXTRA HELP TO OPEN AND CLOSE. WE HAD OUR SMALL DOG WITH US, SO WHEN WE WOULD TAKE HER OUT, WAS CONFRONTED BY OUR NEIGHBORS SMOKING POT. NO OBJECTIONS TO THAT, BUT HAD TO WALK THROUGH BILLOWING SMOKE TO GET OUTSIDE. ROOMS COULD USE SOME UPDATING AS THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE VISIBLE, ALONG WITH VERY WORN CARPET.

LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR OUR NEEDS. QUIET , AWAY FROM STREET NOISE. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KIND. EASY ACCESS TO FREEWAY AND OTHER AREAS WE NEEDED TO GO.

I did not like that when you went out this sliding glass doors there was no way to lock them also when you're inside it was kind of hard to get the door to shut all the way and lock it I also seen that the curtains had burn holes in them also we're pretty old curtains in a little dirty I thought it kind of odd that when we ran out of toilet paper we had to go down to the front office to get another roll the Bottom Grill of the sliding glass doors were had dirt all in them I think this could be a higher star Motel if they did a little tender loving care to it maybe new drapes and new sliding glass doors

I like the room I like the bathroom I like the fact that it had a fridge a microwave and a Keurig machine for coffee also had coffee down in the lobby 24/7 freshwater down there also had really good breakfast it was hot oatmeal and raisin bread and muffins and continental breakfast I like that there's a pull outside the sliding glass doors the staff was very friendly the beds were very comfortable it was in a good location it was nice and tidy it was a clean room had a desk and a table with two chairs I like that the lighting was good

Although called a hotel, it is best described as a motel. The room was not very clean, the coffee maker didn't work, many of the wall outlets didn't work. There was a lamp near the desk, but it wasn't plugged in as there wasn't a wall outlet nearby. No iron or ironing board in the room. Breakfast was nothing to get up early for: Costco muffins, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and coffee. Apparently, I don't have a high enough Rewards to qualify for late check out: Check out after 11:30 would have cost an additional $40, so we were out by 11:20

We were coming from out of town for a 2pm wedding, so I called ahead to request early check in. We were allowed to check in at 12, but was informed there is an early check in fee. That fee was waived as I am a Wyndam Rewards member. The hotel (think motel) is located downtown, close to the wedding. The room had a small balcony overlooking a nice large pool, that we didn't have a chance to use. The interior courtyard was pleasant and well maintained. Although located in a busy, high traffic area, there was minimal noise from outside or adjoining rooms.

The pillows on the bed were small and quite hard, not at all comfortable for the neck.

I was not told when i use my card it wpuld take three to five biusness days to put my deposit money back on there or i would have never done it.

The air conditioning blew cold air on our bed all night, roaring with no way to adjust it. The pillows were chunks of foam…we went out and bought new ones. The room was old, but spacious, few outlets for our electrical needs. The drapes and bed skirt were torn, shredded really. That told us a lot about how much care is used there. Sad really.

The location was good for our needs. It’s close to stores and Dr.s Hospital.

My stay at the Days Inn in Modesto was perfect, friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet surroundings. And got wonderful sleep on the beds there. I definitely want to go back.

I didn't feel safe. The property was hard to locate as the entry driveway was located between a chainlinked empty lot and a closed (looked deserted ) restaurant. The entry into the driveway was dark and the room I was assigned was in the rear of the building. There were people wandering around the parking lot and to enter the locked access to my hallway, I had to pass a staircase that an individual was sitting under. Fortunately I was able to park in the slot nearest this entry and could see my car from the window of my room. There was activity in the hallway - I just locked myself in as I had arrived late after spending all day at the hospital. Upon my initial checkin, I was given a $50.00 discount on the room as I had booked for a medical visit which I did appreciate. Front desk staff was friendly and after expressing my concerns about safety, stated they were the only motel close to the hospital so at that point I felt I had no other choice. I had already driven 4 hours to get there, spent the rest of the day at the hospital and arrived at the motel in the early evening. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I recently made a return trip and booked at another motel 6 miles away with no safety concerns.
