Linda, the woman at check in. She made me feel like I was beneath her. I have stayed at this hotel before and this was the first time I felt unwelcome. And I was charged double for a 50$ hold. Which this hotel has tried to double charge me before as well. Won't be going back because of Linda aone.

The location is perfect for eating and shopping. And the bar had good food and service.

Staff is rude, they will laugh in your face for asking for basic requests like an extra pillow. Beds are awful, might as well just sleep on the floor.

I was growled at upon check in. Staff acted like he was doing me a favor checking me in. No ramp for suitcases to elevator from lobby. My bathtub had no plug so I couldn't take a bath. Room coffee was extremely inferior. Customer service seems to be an afterthought. Staff told me I dared to book through Bookings.com so they could not help me with anything. I had to go to Bookings.com. "Next"

Our room was not cleaned daily. Lobby looked dirty and so did some staff.

The room was string with smoke and weed, I had to use my Epipen in the middle of the night. Then no one was at the front desk the change my room. I will never come here again. This is the second time they messed up my room. The first time there was blood on the covers, and instead of changing the cover they flipped the covers.

I like the steak restaurant in the hotel.

The bed was very outdated and needs to be updated. Early 2000’s box spring very uncomfortable. The shower was located in the same area as the jacuzzi tub but wasn’t working properly and got water everywhere. UPDATE YOUR BEDS!!

There was no breakfast unless you purchased your own. Old dated property. Room smelled bad. I booked with a credit card, but used another on check in. The hotel charged both!!! I called to talk with them about these unauthorized charges. It’s been over a month now. No call back from the property, nor refund. Do not book here. And watch your credit cards. Really….. motel 6 is better.

My room smelled. Needs serious updating. I was over charged. I used one credit card to make the reservation, and another upon check in. The hotel charged both. I called to address the problem. They have yet to respond or correct the issue.

We have stayed at the hotel several times. The king beds are like sleeping on cement, they are by far the worst beds in any hotel my girlfriend and I have ever stayed in. My girlfriend travels about 25 weeks a year, I travel about 15 weeks a year. on our most recent stay, we were unable to get a king room and ended up in a "double queen" however it wasn't. In the middle of the night, we both were just in agony on the main bed and moved to the second bed. The first bed was broken and had a large dip in the middle. The second bed turned out to not be a queen but smaller. once again the bed was terrible but it wasn't broken. While we adore the ability to have drinks and food and not leave the hotel, until the monarch actually replaces all the beds with something at least as decent as a best western, we will no longer spend our evenings there.

Love the restaurants and bars there. Other nice amenities. Staff are all very nice.

The rooms were small, especially the bathroom. The bed was VERY HARD. Parking was mostly taken by restaurant and bar patrons. The rooms are small. The hallways are narrow and dark. It looks like an older property the owners put granite countertops in and called it good.

It was in a good location for our trip. The hotel was fairly quiet, even next to a freeway. There were no homeless camps nearby, which was a miracle in the Portland area.
