Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When it says breakfast included they didn’t have many options besides cold cereal & muffins.
Location was great staff were nice a friendly along with an easy of checking in & out.

Very dated, 30 years ago this was a very nice place to stay. Could use a lot of updates. Curtains in my toom had many holes in black out curtains. Carpet had a lot of ware as did sofas. Breakfast was not bad, just lacked options, we ate breakfast somewhere else.
The room was very spacious. Beds comfortable.

Not a dislike, just making a note that this hotel does not have pool or hot tub facilities. I knew this at booking and it was not important to my trip.
This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Our room (king suite) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, and I slept great. The sofa bed looked to be new, and my daughter had no issues sleeping on it. The room had 2 TVs, a mini, frig, a microwave, and a pod-type coffee maker with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and a selection of tea bags. There was also a tray of coffee condiments - sugar/sweeteners and creamer. Complimentary breakfast included various muffins, toast, bagels, a variety of cereals, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged fruit, milk, and coffee. The area was quiet after dark, and I had no concerns about safety. All of the staff we encountered was friendly, especially Mary, who was at the front desk when we checked in. I will definitely consider this hotel in the future when I am in Billings.

No staff was there when I arrived to check in. I had to find a random business card at the desk and call 4 different numbers before I reached a manager. She finally called the front desk guy, who apparently had left and went to a store nearby. I had to wait in a massive empty lobby before seeing any staff. Also, I was told a nice continental breakfast was served, so I was expecting the usual waffle maker, or eggs, or something like that. No, just some pre-packaged small oatmeal servings and a couple bagels left.
The hotel is conveniently located, a good price, with plenty of room options (lower and higher floors). I had plenty of privacy, and I enjoyed the piano in the lobby.

People were yelling outside in parking lot. I really did not care though.

The rooms were dirty and need maintenance. We've stayed in a few rooms and in each room the wall paper was coming off the walls. The breakfast options were sad.
The lobby is beautiful and inviting. Staff was friendly.

The room could have been cleaner. We found hairs throughout the room that didn't belong to us and the bathroom needed a deep clean. It's clear the hotel hasn't been updated in quite some time.
The room was an excellent price and was comfortable enough for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast available however, all the options were packed with sugar.

If our floor didn’t smell of cigarettes and if there was a pool area for the price I paid their was nothing to do while I was in my room. Had a room for casino but it was closed and the breakfast wasn’t so good because they ran out of thing really quick it was more of a first come first serve.
The location was in a good area because it was down the street from shopping centers.

the breakfast was sparse and located in a very small room that would hold only a few guests. when we checked in there was a sign on the front desk stating be back in 15 minutes and so we had to wait 15 minutes to check in

The lighting was dim. The beds were stiff and the breakfast was just cereal and muffins. We chose to eat elsewhere. The parking lot of full of potholes.
The room was clean and easy to get to We could see our car from the room. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.
