The parking deck is extremely small and tight.

We booked a queen suite. It was nice and clean and spacious. Loved the view from the balcony. Would definitely book again

Hotel was a little worn. Carpet on balcony was torn and should have been replaced before renting it again. Our door was very difficult to open and close but they attempted to fix it and work with us.

Location was great. Rooms were spacious. Swimming area was nice and very well maintained.

Elevators took long to get on. The wait was horrible and elevators were hot inside no working air.

Some staff members were very rude, the front desk kind of snapped at me when I asked her towels and said that was housekeeping job and they should have done it. We were told multiple days we were not on the list to receive free breakfast, some days we were and some days we weren’t. Which made no sense but the lady serving the breakfast was very rude about it. Obviously we still received the breakfast after proving we were guests but it felt awkward.

The location was great. The value for the price was good.

The parking was tight in proximity, the room could’ve used a real cleaning floors not swept properly, a lot of repairs were needed in my room….. an updating of furniture from repeated usage is needed especially for prices paid!!

Breakfast was inclusive a the choice of pools with hot tubs, laundry room, exercise room available for guests usage.

The parking deck is a VERY tight squeeze. Upon check in, we found a 1 ¹/² inch long, what I assume was either a water bug or cockroach dead in our room. (A friend in another room found a live bug in their room.)The balcony door was extremely hard to open and close and would not fully close. The room smelled like fresh paint, the shower pressure was extremely lacking, the door leading from the bedroom to the kitchen looked like someone had punched it, the microwave had duck tape on the front of it. There were food crumbs under the door of the refrigerator. Furniture knobs were missing, stains on the bed frame fabric. Small bathroom space. There were never enough pool towels. The doors in the room leading from the bedroom to the kitchen and then the kitchen to the living room both were not cut right and were difficult to open and close. There are 4 elevators, and every single one sounded like it could break down at any moment.

The location was good, swimming pools were cleaned daily, staff were friendly, beds and pillows were comfortable, and a very spacious room with excellent view! Didn't eat the continental breakfast, but it looked good. Paulette at the front desk was friendly and helpful! More than a generous amount of bath towels in the room. Full size kitchen appliances, specifically the fridge was nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the lady serving breakfast was rude to everyone that came through the line. Housekeeping was terrible, there was black mold on the mattress. The elevators hardly worked. The tvs barely got any connection.

Th view was excellent. Staff was courteous rooftop pool and hot tub was very convenient. Breakfast was good and the staff working the bar were great.

I don't like the $100 deposit they spring on you when you get there. The rooms aren't up to date enough to be charging an extra anything! I will say that at least the manager helped us ONLY because no where in our confirmation did it say anything about any extra fees. However they still need to update rooms before even thinking of tacking on any other fees. Other than that it was fine.

It was a good time to go, warm but not too packed with people. The staff was very courteous and professional. The beach was clean, the pools are heated, it was a very relaxing couple of days.

A little more kitchen supplies would have been nice (measuring supplies, cutting board, more then one pan and pot), parking garage was a little close call especially with driving a standard. The living space was not existent if you used the Murphy bed. The living space was a mess when we came in, cushions where off the couch and furniture was all pushed to a corner. The trash bags were small trash can bags and didn’t fit the kitchen trash can. It kept falling into the can and trash would fall out.

Breakfast was fairly good, would have liked more variety (different fruit, bagels, sides for eggs) and some bacon. The front desk attendant was amazing when we checked in, wish I had gotten her name but the rest were not as friendly or hospitable. The singing breakfast lady was wonderful and friendly when we first got there but the days after the breakfast staff where not so friendly.
