The only thing I could fault, was the lighting could be better. The ceiling fan light is very sketch turning on and off.

The view is exceptional from the Hawaiian room!

Ocean view from the room was outstanding! Kitchen was well equipped although I didn't use anything but the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Peggy, the receptionist was so friendly, helpful, and had so many goodies to share to make my stay fun and comfortable.

The room could have been tidier - lots of ashes around the fireplace (we did not use it), bathroom had some mold or dark something in the corners - it’s old so I get it. Towels were askew so I couldn’t help but wonder if they had been used. Also would have loved a table and a luggage rack - nowhere to put suitcase but on the floor

Beautiful view overlooking the beach and steps right down to a lovely long stretch of beach. Proprietor was very nice and accommodating. Bed was quite firm, but mostly comfortable and there is a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker (with lots of choices)

Quite honestly we had no complaints it was a wonderful trip and we really enjoyed ourselves

This was the coziest and most adorable place with themed rooms. We stated two different rooms, one was small super cute and cozy which was the nostalgia room, room two, then we decided to stay an extra night and move to a room next door. That was room three and I think it might have been called a lighthouse room with all the little lighthouses in it. And the view was absolutely amazing. We had a view from the nostalgia room but we had a better view in room three. It was super spacious and it had a stove and a fridge and we were able to cook a beautiful dinner with the sunset coming in from the big picture-esque windows. Property owner is Peggy, she is such a wonderful person. Great customer service and you leave as if you're old friends. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing quiet fun vacation.

Peggy was THE BEST! She was so kind and responsive when we had questions. Very personable and extremely nice. Also the view was AMAZING, and easy beach access was very cool.

Our room could have used some simple up grading/repair. While some furniture was clearly new, other furnishings were ripped, chipped, or damaged. The unit was definitely clean—but some of the dinginess could have been updated.

Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted and expected. The room was comfortable and away from the crowds. We didn't want to be 'in-town' so the few miles it was away from town was what we were after.

We had a very lovely stay here! The room had all the right vibe ... a cool and classy (but still rustic) beach bungalow vibe with spectacular views. The bed, and the furnishing were comfortable and perfect for our use. The staff was helpful with dining recommendations. The room was exceptionally clean which made for a very welcoming feeling. We could walk down to the beach from a set of steps adjoining the hotel, and there was also lounge chairs set out for folks to enjoy the beach views without having to go up/down the 50+ steps to the beach.

there had to be negotiation for check in as it was not the same as stated in booking.com They expected us to check in at 5pm when the check in clearly stated 3pm We had to check out at 10 am feeling rushed when our booking.com check out instruction specified 11pm. THat was a turn-off.

Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like.

Fantastic location overlooking the ocean. Our room had spectacular views of the ocean from our private balcony. Our room was tastefully decorated with Wild West and Cowboy artifacts. We loved the Keurig coffee maker and made good use of the well-furnished kitchen. Even though the rooms are close to the highway there was very little, if any traffic noise.

There do seem to be some issues with the housekeeping staff. however these issues were minor and easily remedied.

the location is everything with this property. located between Newport and Depoe Bay with its own beach access is why I rate this place so high.

Very cute room with a wonderful view of the beach. Staff was super nice and had everything ready for us. Access to the beach was easy and the beach was so private. Very clean and we had everything we needed.
