Everything was great. No improvements needed. Got what we paid for and we were just happy we safely made it to Morgantown after the terrible snow storm we had to drive through. No complaints.

For the amount of money paid it was what I expected. Was a last minute booking due to severe weather that weekend. Very convenient, close to stores, and highway. Room was clean and no issues with anything. Checked inlate due to driving conditions were very bad. But staff was very friendly on the phone about where to find my key and room as the office did close at 10pm. But not an inconvenience at all. Will absolutely stay there again if needed. We have been driving 14 hours. Needed a place to sleep for the night and leave in the am. Perfect place to stay if needed in the last minute.

The room looks nothing like the picture. Towels were dirty and the housekeepers were rude in the morning.

No breakfast. The shower head need replaced as well as the drain. And I'm still waiting in my refund from last 2 night that i paid for but didn't stay.

They neve have breakfast or coffee. That was a disappointment

The exterior of the hotel looked pretty run down , only 1 light in my room worked ( missing bulb)

It appears the motel is being slowly remodeled and there is a long way to go. The room was fine, although it had no hand soap or sufficient towels. Many holes in the walls and our friends room had very dirty sheets. I think they need to finish getting the place up and running before considering renting their units. They also do not staff the lobby full time which was odd to me. It's a large motel, but could use more investment into it.

The location was good because we were coming down for a football game and it was in close proximity to the tailgating and the stadium area.

Could see big crack in floor and ceiling. The outside stairs are needing resurfaced. Needed more pillows on bed

Garbage can outside full drawing bugs, toilet did not flush properly, nats really bad in room, Air did not work well. Just overall dirty feel. Not very handicapped friendly

Super sketchy…… many random broken down cars. Overall it looked like several people were living there. Weird trash and kids toys. The room next to us had a taped paper sign on the door saying “Do not disturb-ever”. Oh, and that room also had a very upset woman that kept yelling “I want more drugs! Give it to me!”. We felt like we had to barricade our door just in case.

The clerk was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect because I had a doctors appointment at Ruby Memorial.

Mold on the ceiling. Property is in a poor state currently. Looks like some renovations are taking place. 3 abandoned vehicles in parking lot with fiat tires.

When I entered my room the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were they clearly were not swept.the light that goes around the room did not work so we only had one lamp that worked. When entering the bathroom I always look at the shower , which had not been cleaned there was hair in the bottom of the bathtub. We had a double beded room we had to take the sheets off the one bed n the comforter off the other tomake one clean bed.

I like the location and how the rooms were in different buildings spread out. There is a lot of potential for this property . I like that it's with I n walking distance of sheets n the lady at the front was very nice. They definitely need to get a new cleaning crew though.

There was bugs in the room. They were loud people outside all night long. There’s a very strong cleaner smell when we walked into the room.
