Noise, condition of the room, condition of the property. Trash around the property, doors safety latch was broken. Car alarms repeated going off. What sounds like an fight during the night.

The wait time for a booked room was over an hour while they cleaned; I did book and gave them heads up on my arrival. They have $75.00 security room deposit requirement. ( Booking.com info on this venue not updated correctly). Free parking with hotel tag.. but area sketchy keep valuables out of your vehicles and keep room locked. You get what u pay for:

Cheap compared to the overpriced hotels in the Ocala area. The facilities really need clean up..some rooms under restoration but the rooms are simple..towels and linen and pillows (2) are worn and old but the mattress looked new;got what looked like restored room. The place is a bit sketchy at night. Secure your valuables. The employee's are polite and help as much as they can.

The room had a very uncomfortable chair for the desk. There was no other seating in the room. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot or hair dryer. It was pretty bare bones. The room was over $90 a night and a bit pricey for such a bare room. Multiple roaches in the room and one even hitched a ride in a box. The a/c was set at 60 degrees when I arrived but barely made 72. It was running when I arrived and was still running when I left. There were no toiletries. Not even a bar of soap. I checked for bedbugs but didn’t detect any. Just the roaches. The room was poorly lit. Two small can lights over the sink but the toilet and shower area was quite dark. While the lighting on the headboard was a nice touch, it was insufficient to properly light the room. The security latch was not well attached to the door and the screws were backed out. The outlet covers were dirty and the outlets were a bit smashed into the wall. The separation half walls between the shower/toilet area have very sharp corners which I discovered the hard way.

The room was a decent size. I liked that the bathroom had a door on it which helps keep the steam from the shower contained and it would be good for privacy as well. The sconces for lighting on the headboard as well as the backlit headboard gave a nice warm light. The room was fairly clean and the towels were nice and soft. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The room was modern , did smell clean , but they only offer 1 small bar of soap when I asked for an extra the cleaning lady was very nasty about it , and Said they were short if soap

Everything in the room was clean. but there one problem, the motel was short of bathing soap When ask cleaning lady told me one pre customer..because they were short of supplies and alot of strange people staying in this location

The evening clerk was rude and completely unwelcoming. The first room had roaches, hadn't been swept or mopped in God knows how long. One single pillow on each bed and one set of towels. The room was absolutely disgusting. The safety latch on the door wasn't even lined up correctly. There were chunks of food under the bedside table. We were moved to another room that was completely dilapidated. There weren't chunks of food anywhere but there was a hole in the ceiling and spider webs everywhere. Again no towels and 1 pillow. No charging ports for cell phones, and one plug at the bathroom sink. You know in case you'd like some water damage on your phone to go with the already stellar experience. Booking says the deposit is $50, then you get there and it's $75. Wasn't a problem for me, but it should be accurate so you know what to expect and plan accordingly.

The only good thing about this place was the late night clerk did everything in her power to make sure we had a decent room and it still sucked.

Where do I start. 1. Price I booked was changed because they said it was no longer available. The room provided was more expensive, with no chairs, clothes hangars, and NO HOT WATER. 2. The location was next to the freeway. 3. No washer and dryer. I left a day early and wasn't given a refund for the day I didn't use.

The bugs the rat the rude rest of the staff i had a double booking and got ripped off for about 130 bucks on Aug 3rd till the first and Aug 10th till aug 11th. Supposedly i stayed to long per the manager.

It was a nice younger girl who tried to help me i can't remember her name she worked nights and another up front who was nice
