Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower/bath tub was really small. My room was located on the top floor all the way at the other side from where the staircase was. Only one staircase to go up. 2 staircases would be very helpful..
I really liked the bed and that the sheets were not white like at most hotels... Perfect location close to hwy.

Dusty, I had wipe the dust off the headboard. cobwebs in bathroom. The walls and doors needed to the cleaned. They had the typical dirt from long time use. I should have taken pictures, but didn’t.
Location, bed was comfortable. Towels and linens were clean. AC cooled nicely.

They need to fix the ice machine. It’s been down for a while.
I have stayed there several times down through the years. I always sleep well there. The beds are comfortable and it’s pretty quiet. Room was clean.

My only complaint would be that the sheets on my bed looked very worn & yellowed. Some of the hand towels & wash cloths could also use replacing.
Sam was very polite & very accommodating to us. If you're looking to get a restful, & peaceful night's sleep, with no frills or anything fancy, this is the place. For the price, it was all we needed.

Ice machine didn’t work.
The room was surprisingly clean, not perfect but very good. I’ve stayed here several times down through the years and I think things are better with the new owners. They may have owned it several years now, but it is pretty well maintained and clean.

Only issue I had was price could be a bit better as it doesn't really offer any amenities, but charges as much as the places that do.
The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. Room was reletavily clean.

would be nice to get some sort of breakfast for the price, even just to go items
very comfortable bed, clean, had microwave/fridge and coffee. easy check in and allows dogs. seemed like a pit stop hotel so quiet, no long term stay folks or loud people

Clean room...nothing fancy... The staff was friendly... not the best location...but for the money not bad. Would not recommend it for a family with children. For a single person or couple needing a clean low-cost option, this place works.

Bathroom light was almost entirely disassembled, there was no soap, and the A/C unit had no vents.
Staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Arrived late, and they gave us an extra hour.

The check in was at a outside counter behind a window. To me, gave it a bit of a ghetto feel.
The owners have really made an effort to dress up the rooms of this basic off ramp motel. Bath fixtures were new, along with TV etc. A bit of a "garage sale" vibe to the room, which is ok with me.

Water temperature in shower was lukewarm at best. If shower got hot, this place would be a solid 10 for me.
Quiet and secluded area. It was comfy. The man working on night shift was friendly. Room was big, Tv worked great, AC was good.

Only negative is there were no chairs to relax in. Also it appears to be in a possible high crime area as all transactions with staff were done from the outside behind glass. Staff did not speak much English.
The room was decent for the price. Large and clean. Good value.

I'm glad we were close to the office; there was a group of fellows standing down at the end of the building - most likely smoking outside the rooms.
location from the highway was good, except that there was a construction detour that made getting to the hotel confusing. Price was good and room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the top of the hill was very convenient and food was good.
