The view I had that's about it the bed was okay I didn't have any toilet paper they didn't even bother to ask me my room floor was dirty the day I got there

The room was no smoking but there was a smoke smell which made the atmosphere a bit heavy for sleeping and the air condition made some noise so I had to close it for sleeping. It was not hot or cold so it was okay without the air condition.

Everything went well. I did not expect anything more. Its a motel and not the best one. Most comments are relevant. The staff was polite and helpful and the price was low. The beds were okay and the room was clean and okay too.

Just the room's too small, the pool is not open, and the laundry facility is not working correctly. Last thing price change on the weekend

Very dirty. Smell so bad in the room. Noisey. Bed is not comfortable. The blanket is too thin. The bathroom fan is very loud. The towels have hairs and smoking holes.

It is just a Motel 6, which is never mentioned except when you get the credit charge. That being said, you get what you pay for. It seemed there were people on benefits staying in a full section of the Motel, but they were fine.

Front desk staff very accomodating. I accidentally booked the previous night, she shared with me. They cancelled the reservation but told me to call the 3rd party for a refund. Then, she told me to book a new room online since they had cheaper rates. Very helpful! Room was clean. Very reasonable for Charleston, NC.

Still some men hanging around outside trying to make conversation w me. of course they can’t do too much to control that but maybe some more security could be good.

The property has changed ownership and has changed the name. Was previously a Motel 6. I stayed there once before the property had changed hands and it was horrible- I would not have stated that location again had I realized it was the same property but just to change the name.. It has very much improved. I would stay there again. The location and the price is definitely worth it and they have cleaned up overall exterior, and made improvements in the room, cleanliness and fresh upgrades.

It was quite filthy and looked like barely anything was cleaned. The bedsheets had strange stains, there were handprints and boogers on the bathroom walls as well as mold on the ceiling in that same room. The ceiling had cobwebs and the AC vents looked like they were filtered by a small grey animal rather than an actual filter due to the amount of dust. If not for budget, we would've looked for other lodging.

The staff was mostly kind.

The floors was nasty, the sheets wasn't clean. Bed was very lumpy, room needs upgrading.

The sheets were dirty. The floors was sandy and needed to be swept and mopped. There were a lot of people outside making noise, I feel as if there isn't enough security I didn't feel safe at all. I wouldn't dare stay there without my husband there to protect me.

Bed - sheets were scratchy, mattress wasn’t incredibly comfortable (we brought our own pillows which helped!). The room felt dirty overall, smelled like bleach when we arrived. Not a clean freak but I wished I brought some Clorox wipes! Highway traffic was very loud, cars and motorcycles revving their engines :( You’re getting what you pay for! We were happy with our stay, but anything over 3 nights we would have picked a different hotel.

Location was good - 30 minutes to beaches, 15 to downtown Charleston. Staff was nice and check in/out was easy. We didn’t use the pool but it looked a little yellow and dirty. They had an ice machine and vending machine which was nice! Parking lot was large and clean although there was dog poop on the grass.

Pillows too FLAT!!! Wasn’t a good choice for Towels in room. Water was leaking from floor or shower liners wasn’t long enough. Floor was pealing or bubbled up in some spots. No microwave or Fridge to chill drinks!!!

Our 1st room the AC didn’t work we got into a second room found blood stains on the sheets then the pool was shut down their site advised a pool the drink machine all selections SOLD OUT ! The woman that was working check in and out was very rude we asked her the fastest way to the beach and she doesn’t even look at us and mumbles I don’t know !!! You live here and don’t know where a beach ??? but then the man working jumped in and was very helpful whoever he was he needs a raise and the woman needs to be fired or atleast shouldn’t be working in customer service

One man that was working was great he was very helpful he actually was the only one that wasn’t a Ass hole
