You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bedspreads were stained and burn holes in them. The telephone appeared to be plugged in but no dial tone. Unable to request a wake up call. Shower had very little pressure. Husband woke up with a large bite mark on his arm.
The room was clean. Water was nice and hot.

Quite loud noises from the road nearby. The surrounding area seemed a bit ‘dodgy’ in general.

The lady that checked me in gave me a walk in price and not the booking.com I told her about. Refused to change it. I told her I was filing a complaint. She shrugged her shoulders and said ok

Didn't honor the booking .com price we paid more than the price that was promised. And was called about not wanting to hold the room after we confirmed online of our stay.

No breakfast only had coffee and I don't drink coffee.
The only complaint I have was when we showed up to check in they said all booking.com reservations had been cancelled because Booking used a fake credit card. They were not giving us a room. I did get a room at their prices as we had travelled all they way from Mn to TN and had no where else to go.

It's old, ratty, and many of the patrons are . . . dubious. There DOES seem to be some effort at upkeep (I have stopped here once or twice a year for several years) but it seems to be a losing battle.
What breakfast? I guess I missed that. The one redeeming value of this facility is its proximity to the interstate. The second thing I like is the price.

The staff there are rude. I'm a very nice person who likes to be nice. They don't and they don't care. The American woman was super nice. I'm not a racist but the the other lady was very rude. Wish she would smile more and like her job. Maybe she would be happier then.

For $120 bucks I paid for, How about fitted bottom sheet Or a working fan in bathroom Or fewer dead bugs AND NO LIVE BUGS, no roaches or bedbugs tho

Chairs beds all very uncomfortable pillows also very uncomfortable purchased our own pillows and stuff cuz the ones there were horrible back still hurts from the bed

They was kids running up stairs.they need to program there tv so the client don't have to set it to the right input ..and they could make sure that people are parking in the spot for there room .
I didn't eat breakfast.the staff didn't bother you they had the room ready for Mr when I got there. Put me in a room with a handycap parking spot and made sure to tell me not to park there because of the cops. Very good atwhat they do.

Beds and pillows were terrible.
The room size was fine. The beds and pillows were a joke. They did come in and clean for the next night. If it had descent beds and pillows it would have been great.

run down rooms. holes in flooring. burn holes in bedspread. Lady at checkout was not pleasant.
located close to Rt 40. within walking distance to restaurants. room was clean. allowed our little dog to stay with us.

We had to get a smoking room, due to it being the only handicap room available. We had to call the office for instructions on getting the TV to work
It was a good value for a one night stay, we had a wedding so we did not spend much time there.

Wifi was lousy! Hardly no phone service 98% of the time thin walls we could hear everything people nextdoor said and did very late at night. Bathroom door was coming off door frame as well as door knob.
Very close to restaurants and from main highway. Cleaning service was daily.
