We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI had to wait for 30-40 minutes to check in as I had to wait for housekeeping to clean a room but I was given a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated very much. I didn’t know guests were allowed to have pets so there were dogs barking in the hallway a few times.
Having a kitchenette with fridge in the room was really nice. The décor was nice and the room was clean.

The room itself was very nice! Well-maintained with nothing particularly good or bad, just right. The cleaning crew prior to my arrival did a good job.

United States of AmericaCable was out for day and a half. They were having the roof repaired and there was tons of debris taking up a lot of parking spaces. Someone either threw up or spilled something really gross in the hallway. I had to walk around it for 3 days. I tried to get some towels from the housekeeper she said she doesn't do that side where I was and no one else was around to get towels from. No one was wearing a mask except me. I did catch Covid 2 days after I arrived home. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel because it's location is VERY convenient for my needs.

United States of America, Harwood floors in rooms. People in the hallway talking after midnight. one of them sitting right down my door- though he had his own room! Their inappropriate language! The lady right above me carelessly making noise during all day off and on sunday until 5am monday. MOST people here are NOT like that! I am pretty sure they were spoken to!
And The Kitchenette, the room, the rpom clean except top if higher things- I do understand tthis- no problem- Everyone is not 6ft.tall. All the staff- Everyone is excellent, even though many are learning! The location is near many food places and Wal-Mart, Meijer and a Regal movie rheatre.Ciircle-K.convenience store.

United States of America.Smokey halls, saw one man with unlit or barely lit cig. In Hall. Someone was allowed to jump me in line at lobby. Some employees were great and some were not. This has nothing to do with how they were dressaed! Treat me right whether you're wearing a hood and I will speak well of you but treat me wrong dressed uo and you won't get rated well!
Clean SMELL in Room when you open door,, Halls leading to rooms, Elevator, TV, Kitchen!! Room Was clean...but holes in blanket...bathroom was fine. Also liked quitness all over building and in room!
