Most terrible experience we ever had in a motel. We had a reservation for a two bed room but when we arrived at the property we were told the last remaining room was a one bed room. Obviously, we could not stay in that room and requested a transfer to another Motel 6 in town. The front desk stuff wasn’t able to help us at all. Booking.com was able to get the general manager after the front desk staff wasn’t able to. The manager promised to refund the complete room rate. A week later without a refund being transferred, booking.com got in contact with them again and they told them we just didn’t show up that evening, which was just wrong a d could be refuted by booking.com. When we tried to call the general manager, she just hung up each time. Terrible person! That was the last time I booked a Motel 6.

Everything! Room was dirty. They gave our room to someone else i had to go buy a air mattress! For my two boys or they would of slept on the floor! Dirty floor that had not been cleaned! I had to pay the same price for only one bed! NO MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE!!!!

I didn't like how the room wasn't clean. The toilet wasn't clean. The shower had hair in it on the walls. The bathroom had what looked like black mold all around the trim near the shower from leaks that were just covered with caulk. Not a very good job done by maintenance fixing or repairing things

Asking for other person's id upon check in. Being completely baffled I kept asking why & that no other hotel would do this. I was told so they know who's here. So, they are worried about people staying in the rooms? Definitely shows it's age. Basically just a bed to sleep in.

They allow pets without charging extra.

The bed was all springs and no covering evidently. I came home so sore. That was the worst night. I didn't sleep at all. All I could do was try to get comfortable with the 1 little pillow. It's 2 days later and I am still recovering. You get what you pay for in this case. The shower is so small you can barely move. I hope you aren't a big gal like me. I nearly fell out of it. I wish I could afford something better. I will just have to save up for it because I can't suffer anymore.

Would have liked to have had a fridge and a microwave in the room. We had some perishable items that we could have refrigerated. We were able to get by with out it.

The room was quiet. The staff was friendly. The room was kept clean. We were only there at night for the most part. There were a few things we wish were there but overall it was a good experience.

nice staff and nice views nice staff . Nice views> And the pool was open, and the laundry worked. The motel is close to alot of stores and resturants and gas stations. Nice busing situation right out in front of the building.. And if I would of been flying I would of only had to walk next door.

There wasn’t anything good ever at any hotel sixes!  they should be shut down completely. That’s my opinion every hotel six was a very very bad disgusting experience. Filthy dirty mattresses are gross outdated uncomfortable flooring was ripped bathroom smelled of urine is god awful bad experience!!!! Walked in bathroom smelled of urine!  mattresses were so old and outdated uncomfortable, very uncomfortable evening!  First night rain, storm had to quit towels on the door. Water was coming in it was a mess.

Not one thing good about that motel 6 ! So so disgusted, every hotel six bad experience! They shouldn’t even be operating to be honest.
