They did not offer cable television. They put me on the third floor with my disabled father. They didn't even offer streaming service I had to go out and buy a streaming device to have TV in my room.

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well

Everything was airy. My hotel room was used by other people. Some guests even asked about my door being wide opened early in the mornings and my buttocks in the air. My widow was never locked, the room constantly had disappearing events that I was not invited to. My belongings were moved and used. I was used, recorded , assaulted and drugged nicely. I never left my room until I had to check into the hospital on the 2nd of July and not once constituent in the entire corporation could tell me how many times my key was used. They claimed to have not been able to help because they don’t keep that kind of information. Posted everything left behind online, just as my assailants did to me and my findings

It was dirty!! Roaches and ants. No bathroom door. So I couldn't have company.i asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like straight cigarettes. The office was barely open and they kept my ID on the day that I checked in and I did not receive my ID until 2 days later so I'm rolling around in a different state without ID

The rooms that were supposed to be available we're not the manager was no help whatsoever they didn't give you bags towels or anything they couldn't extend my stay at the desk I had to go through their app and they would never respond text or phone I will never ever go back

That I requested a disability room and they didn't have what I asked for, even though I asked 2 weeks ahead of time. Booking "Guaranteed" that the room I requested, and the hotel didn't have what I asked for

We did not stay there. We canceled the reservation as soon as we arrived. It was in a very bad location. The rooms had a bad smell. The ac did not work in one of the rooms. We checked out right after going in the rooms. I am still waiting on a refund. We booked 4 rooms but did not stay in any of them.

Room wasn't very clean. Floor was dirty and had a slimmie film to it. Need to be swept. All of the surface of the room had the same film. Glad I brought disinfect wipes. I had to wear shoes the whole time. My feet were black the first night from walking around the room. Very little hot water, burn mark on the tub. The pool was closed and green. I could keep going but you get the idea of the condition. Internet showed a 3 star rating, sorry but I give it a 1 star. A family member stayed at a 4 star closer to the beach, they saw my room and said they would not have stayed here. They only paid $10 more a night. I booked 4 nights with you and since non-refundable I couldn't afford to change. Wish I thought to take pictures, I definitely would have shared the real condition instead of what I saw on the internet.

outlets failed to work. outdated furniture. wasn’t cleaned thoroughly prior to my stay. remote control didn’t match the TV. construction noise. old bed mattress sunk towards the middle. called front desk about these issues but maintenance never showed.

ok ive stayed in betted they are under construction but heck when i went to check out I had to wait till someone showed up for work never have i stayed at a hotel that didn't have 24 hrs frunt desk so no I won't go back along with the bathroom was so stanky cuz of the plumbing you had to stay a weird way to shut the door not enough outlets floor wasn't even I feet like I was going to fall cuz it being uneven

I had to take a shower with my slides on. Floor was wet when I walked in so feet messed up the floor. Ac. Didnt work in one of the rooms.

the charges for housekeeping services Fees for towel replacements ice maker didn’t work laundrymat is/was out of order towels were rough and thin dust piled up on lamp shades tub stained and peeling it was addressed shower curtain needed switched out chairs were grossly stained it was corrected mattress had what looked like a blood stain it was corrected

great AC! Effiecient not loud the willingness to make what was wrong with the room …. right, although it should have been initially price point was affordable in comparison to others decent sq footage in the room apt sized fridge w/ freezer vs. a mini fridge decent microwave bug Free! beautiful decorated lobby no sketchy people hanging out we felt safe!

Staff was not very welcoming or pleasant. Location is right off highway and close to airport so it is noisy. People that live there are kind of questionable. Pool was dirty. They made me pay a deposit and sign a long contract of rules because obviously people are living there so they treat it like an apartment complex and not a hotel. I reserved and paid for a smoking room. I smoked my CBD delta 8 in my smoking room and they lied and said it was weed and took my $100 deposit. The day I was checking out there. Was some kind of situation happening and there was around 5 police cars by the office. When I called to ask why they kept my deposit she was rude. Told me they took pictures of my cbd wrapped in my papers and just automatically assumed it was weed. Btw CBD is 100% legal in the state of Florida. I use CBD because I have sciatica. So I paid for a smoking room and got charged for smoking in it. I will never recommend this place. I've read other reviews and people said this hotel tries to find Any reason to keep peoples deposit. I will never stay here again. Trust me find somewhere else!!!

The.price and when I wanted to check out early they rod me they couldn't give me money back. And they laundry room was always filled with someone was nasty clothes everywhere.

They charged for everything. I am not use to that. I never ever paid for wifi and I travel a lot. The tv only had 6 cable stations so of course I always have my firestick. I had to pay $5.00 a day for wifi. They do not tell you that when you get your key to the room.I also had to pay$10.00 for new towels the next day or go wash the ones I already had. I don't have time to wash. I am on vacation I don't want to waste anytime washing towels. But feel I shouldn't have to pay for clean ones either.

The tub was kind of filthy, they don’t offer housekeeping it’s an extra $24 for that, and you have to pay $7.50 if you want towels and $10.00 if you want clean linens..and also I received an email saying that I would have to pay a $50 damage deposit but when I got to the hotel it was $100..but the lady at the front desk was nice about everything so that’s fine.

I did like that the property was convenient to a lot of destinations.

The redhead at the front desk was rude to everyone no matter what. Anytime i came into the lobby and she was there it was unpleasant. They didn't give you fresh towels or sheets but I know it's so they can keep the rooms cheap. There were ants everywhere in the room. The shower drain was clogged. Walls paper thin. But that's expected when you get a hotel at this price

The other front desk ladies were nice and helpful. The front desk kicked people out if they were loud and making a fuss. Cheap. Washer and dryer worked. Fridge and freezer very cold.
