When I walked up to check-in the person on staff didn't understand me and wasn't willing to listen and I was sent away. When I came back after walking around the complex for 10 min to say I can't find where she was sending me she finally listened to me a little more and apologized.

The night office attendant gave my room key to a couple thieves, whom did the most to say the least. I’m still waiting to hear back from management.

The sensitive smoke detectors went off three out of the four nights of my stay at wee hours of the morning but the fire department did respond quickly. The people who stay/ hang out there are junkies but the property managers do uphold their rules so just call 0. The young man in the office handled a situation with me complaining about the noise from right outside my door. Came up to them and said to quiet down we have complaints and then knocked on my door, right in front of the group of rowdy, intoxicated and belligerent young adults and said I told them about your complaints and then proceeded to let me know I can call him again if it continues.. as if I couldn’t hear the conversation outside or returning a phone call wouldn’t be more appropriate… it made me feel unsafe to walk out my door a few hours later for work. I’ve spent a lot of money here and think it’s a deal. Just some things are getting out it of control .. they are walking a fine line

Ladies in the office are cool but rules are rules. The gentleman handled a few situations fairly poorly but was obviously newer and learning. The cleaning staff is a foreign couple, both extremely sweet and hard workers. Changed rooms due to a maintenance issue in a decent amount of time. Great value!

Well everything was fine except the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night two nights in a row. That was very unpleasant.

When I first checked into the room. The customer service was poor. Attitude was bad from the clerk but the lady that I checked out with was much nicer. Nobody wants to deal attitude, its unnecessary.

Looked like a war zone with all the trash roaches and abandoned buildings. When leaving the homeless woman who was sleeping under the stairs went into our cooler and ran off with drinks.

Property has not been kept up. Guests loud at all times of the night. The last night of my stay the front desk person got into a screaming match with a guest right in front of my room. Nasty, foul language was used. I almost called the police.

Alarm went off at 3 in the morning waking everyone up and I had smaller children one of my rooms wasn’t fully cleaned and my key card wasn’t working half of the time

It was not to far from Kentucky kingdom the beds was comfortable and loved the mirrors in the room
