You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIf you arrive in the dark....its next to a major train junction/crossing and the trains will blow their horns in the night. They can't do anything about the location obviously but its useful to know when booking. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine it's not too often.

United States of AmericaThere were some cigarette burns in the bed cover even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a train that came by that sounded like it was going to come through the room. A coworker said he moved to the other side of the building and it helped but I didn’t mind much Lived next to a metro track for years.
They would make the bed daily and replace towels and toiletries every two days. It had a small fridge and a microwave which went a long way to make it more livable.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint is that this hotel is right by the train tracks so there are train horns blaring all night. Not really anything the hotel has to do with or can control, but just a warning for fellow travelers.
The staff was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. The room was decent, it is a motel 6 so the room is what you would expect.
