It was absolutely filthy the floors looked like they haven't been swept or mopped in awhile even the walls were dirty the fridge in the room looked like it had never been wiped down it was disgusting. I can't believe this place ask for a deposit are you kidding me I had to go to the front desk & ask for a broom so I could at least sweep the floor. Also the towels were all stained up. This place really needs to do some upgrades & hire some housekeeping.

We asked for towels an fresh sheets an didn't get em till 1030pm-11pm on night no. 2. And the cockroaches, oh and the phone line to call the front desk, or for help for that matter was cut into 2 pieces an taped up but didn't actually work..

Barest of essentials provided. Temperature was controlled individually. Hallways were concrete floors. Linen appeared to have been laundered locally rather than by a professional laundry, leaving cleanliness in question. Floor of shower was badly cracked and heaved up.

Did not partake of breakfast. Not a very nice place to mingle. Rooms were spacious. Refrigerator and microwave provided, but doors were left standing ajar. Beds were comfortable. Place was quiet. Price was very competitive. Need for location was welcomed.

It is a place where a lot of transitional housing is there, VERY UNSAFE FOR A SINGLE FEMALE. Don’t book if you are a vulnerable person.

The place was very shady, clean but old. The beds were small and not very comfortable. No ice or even pop machines. The one they had was unplugged.

Not an extra chair in room. Halls made you feel like you were in a prison.

The property was clean but bare. It was expensive for what you got but other motels are more. I grew up in the area but at the prices of all motels I don’t plan on coming back.

Look super ran down, too many people judt look like theyre actually living in the hotel itself. The floors in the hallways werent finished, just solid concrete. Plus our room smellee like urine.. Will NOT be booking ever again.

At Booking.com I let the hotel know that I would be arriving straight from the Lake Express boat across Lake Michigan and that I would arrive late, around 11:00 p.m. As a result I received a text that the hotel would not honor my reservation. I called and cleared it up and was assured my reservation was valid. THEN I GOT ANOTHER TEXT saying they would not honor my reservation. Again! After I was assured all was fine. So I called AGAIN and was told my reservation was confirmed. But by that time I wasn't sure if I would have a place to stay. I started my vacation stressed out about whether I had a place to stay. Would absolutely never book a night here again.
