Has paper thin walls. Could hear loud people in hallway after midnight. Could hear dogs barking at all hours of the night.

The pool was not open and I was not aware of this fact before booking. The family across the hall was very loud and seemed the hanging out in the hall right outside my door. The shower was fiberglass and the bottom was soft, seemed like you could fall through.

The location was great, easy to find. Room was clean and the air worked great and the bed was very comfy.

The receptionist didn’t allow us to check in at 2:30 they kept saying it was 3 even though booking.com shows us 2:30 pm.

First off the manager im assuming gave a lot of sas when asked something by us. The toilet back up into our room. You can hear everything and everyone. Such as the ice dispenser, people slaying doors,people talking, yelling, dogs barking. Everything. They never came and cleaned during our stay, which I can understand for a motel but at the same time concerned me. Not only that but we witnessed a random lady coming and looking in peoples windows which was very concerning. There may not have been bed bugs but we kept see German Roaches, and saw some wood roaches. The beds where very squeaky and made my back hurt. One of the headboards where completely on the wall. And one of out lights just did not work. Over all got was we paid for, and regret it.

They usual staffing was helpful and very nice, the room had no bed bugs and was quite clean when we got there.

no door bumpers means that every time someone slams the door, the entire area of the hotel rattles. During the renovations, it'll be great for y'all to add door bumpers. Also, there's a significant gap under many of the doors, so I ended up stuffing a towel under the door, I noticed that several people had done that as well so it's probably a common problem. Air conditioner works great.

I paid extra for this room because of the websites promise of an indoor pool. Imagine my son's disappointment when we arrive and the room is locked the entire stay. Had to park behind the hotel where it's very dark and had to check on the car every hour. Someone told us they had just been broken into

The location to the river and Schlitterbahn was nice for the price. Good food options close by. I saw the renovations being done should be better once complete.

There were bugs on the floor, not too many but I don't know why there were any. A couple pretty good sized cockroaches too

Bed was soft, room was a good size and staff was friendly, and one dude who had an afro at the front was my favourite because he reminded me of Adam Sandler from the movie click and we waved at eachother everytime I left and returned.

The hotel room doors did not feel very secure as you could "see" all around even when the door was closed and locked. The first room's king size bed was very u comfortable with a huge dip in the middle of the bed.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our first room did not have hot water so they moved us to a different room for our second night.

My family and I were rudely awakened by a male staff member for non-payment at 2 am in the morning. NOT professional once we were at the counter he said it was taken care of the error was that the room number was assigned wrong! not for non payment. The staff members explanation was nonsense VERY unprofessional. If it was for non payment the cards get declined immediately!

While the price was reasonable, it was very clear that I was getting exactly what I paid for. There was no blanket on the bed (so I had to turn the thermostat up to 80° to feel warm enough to sleep); there were stains on some of the bedding; there were what appeared to be holes on the box frame; and generally things were threadbare. One inconvenience was that outlets were not located near the bed so putting my phone close to the bed (for an alarm) was not possible. Finally, other guests’ pets kept me awake throughout the night. I had an early flight that meant I would have left around 6am anyhow but because of the barking I decided to leave at 3:15am because I wouldn’t get any sleep anyhow. So I guess it ended up being a pretty expensive nap and shower!

It was convenient and easy to access from the highway. The price was also extremely reasonable.
