You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room had a strong cigarette smell and the bathroom was not clean. Also the shower water was cold.

It seemed that the girl that checked me in was on something couldn't stand still, we heard doors slamming and people talking all night long!! The water never got hot it was barley Luke warm!! And the area wasn't all that great
The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was surprisingly really clean!!

The receptionist was very unprofessional her name was Jessica... when we got there she was complaining about being by herself and then I had my parents in a separate room from me and the TV remote wasn't working so I had to find her to see if we could change rooms she had an attitude about it so when I finally got ready to get the new room key she was outside smoking and said I had to wait... I was really upset about the situation .

The room we first got has a strong smell of cigarette even though it was supposed to be smoke-free. The hallway smells like sewer, thankfully it was not like that inside the room so it did not bother us. Coffee was not good.
It was our second time here. It’s close to Fort Gregg-Adams. You can’t beat the price. The room we stayed in was clean, beds are big, good enough if you are just looking for a place to sleep. We appreciate that they let us move to another room when we requested because the room we first got had a strong smell of cigarette even though it was supposed to be smoke-free. The elderly man who cleans the rooms is very nice too.

No breakfast.
The woman who was at the front desk at check-in was very friendly and very helpful. As my first night progressed I discovered a cricket chirping endlessly. Before calling the desk I did all I could to find it with no luck. I called the desk and she said she could hear it too. I asked if I could change rooms as there would be no way to sleep, and the noise was making my dog crazy. With no hesitation, she moved me, with a smile. I couldn't have asked for more!

Upon arrival, we could not pay for our room in cash. Drapes had 4-5 dime size holes in them. Hallway had a weird, unpleasant oder & everytime we entered the hall, the smell would hit you in the face.
The rooms were okay. Night shift customer service lady was exceptional & accommodating. Thank you!!!

The surrounding area was not pretty at all. The town of Petersburg seemed run down. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. No hairdryer. The bed linens had a few stains which was a turn off. The pillows were too soft but I realize that is a personal preference.
It was close to the Virginia Motorsports complex. It was about 10 - 15 away. That was the reason we were in the area. It was a good price. All we did was sleep there. The staff was not rude, but not overly friendly either.

Location by freeway was a bit rough. Even historic downtown was pretty worn. Lots of abandon buildings. Bed not very comfortable.

The neighbourhood, too much air freshener in the room - not sure if they're trying to mask some smell/smoke

Location is convenient to I95 but buildings in area were not well kept and there were young people in parking lot hanging around but do not think they were staying there. No one was unpleasant or rude. No restaurants close by
