We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe smell of RAID as soon as you walk down the hallways that’s are poorly cleaned. Never looks vacuumed. Nor do the stairs look clean. Always spills and dirty mud tract throughout the stairway. BUT MY BIGGEST CONCERN is the Staff that works the front lobby. NOT HOUSEKEEPING. They are pleasant and kind. The staff that works in the lobby. They are the rudest and NEVER sitting in the lobby. We always have to ring the doorbell SEVERAL times before they even come to help. And when they do. Never have they ever greeted or welcomed us to hotel. They say maybe 2 words and stone cold stare at computer for 10mins and they slide key toward us and say nothing more. I’ve been to plenty of hotels and Ashley inn Ponca city is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. For working customer service which I have 3 yrs of customer service . Never have i ever witnessed such impolite and rude. Non welcoming and the roaches are getting worse it seems like.

United States of AmericaRooms are inside-facing, and mine was on the second floor, so I had to lug everything in and up on a rainy night. Used the Amana air conditioners that shut themselves off at night; fortunately I have a hack code procedure to keep the fan & AC running.
Friendly people running the place. One of the cleaner motels I had on my 2.5-week trip. Location is close to a lot of fast food/restaurant options. Bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom & sink area.

United States of AmericaWe had leave around 3 AM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE beds were infested with BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY HUSBAND WOKE UP WITH BITES ALL OVER HIM. HE TOLD MANGEMENT AND THEY DIDNT BELIEVE HIM. The manger on duty finally came to the room and we showed him. PLUS the manager was rude about it and would not let us change rooms. He only offered refund and basically put us out! We have to find another hotel at 3 am because of their nasty room. We have never had this experience with any of our bookings with Booking.com.
