Room was clean, Whitney was friendly. but when you the going rate of what other hotels/motels charge and do not provide a breakfast makes the value lower. Open your eyes, this is a motel 6, not a super 8, microtel or one of the other higher end hotels

Woman at front desk wasn’t particularly friendly. Bed was uncomfortably soft.

Other than that, everything else was good. Really should consider getting shower heads with a shut off valve. It’s easier to soap up with the shower paused, saves water (plus for conservation minded guests), and lowers your overhead (plus for profits/shareholders).

I've stayed her 6-7 times. Desk staff the same and downright emotionally FLAT. No, smile, no thank you, no your welcome. Totally out of character to Oregon. Ready to find another place. So off-putting. I'm a good happy guy. 79. Stanford Ph.D. Wish it was not so.

Despite the cleanliness, there was quite a bit of dust under the bed and in the air so that made the room a bit stuffy. However, that could also be due to the vast amount of smoke from the wildfires. So there should certainly be grace granted there. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and personable. Frankly, they all seemed like they couldn't care less about being there or having our service. I understand that it may not be the best place to work and that it's not a 3-star hotel. But at least give a friendly nod or something. Finally, the bed was comfortable but the frame was rather flimsy. It seemed like it was an Amazon Basics brand and wasn't bolted together tight enough. So any movement on the bed made the metal frame creak and clack against itself.

I liked how clean and tidy everything was. And the fact that the rooms are smoke free is certainly a plus! I also liked that the room was fairly cool on a hot day even without using the Air Conditioner. The location was a good area as it was right on the highway that pretty much connected all of Redmond and was a straight shot down to Bend. So that was really convenient. It was also back far enough away from the highway so the sound of the highway couldn't be heard and the chances of car theft or break ins seemed less likely to happen. Being on the third floor, you could get a great view of the area. This was our first time in Redmond so that was quite a treat in itself. The mini-fridge was of a decent size and was extremely clean. The same goes for the microwave.

I had to change my rooms from a silver queen room to a 2 queen bed room the person who answered the phone was new and did not know how to do that so I had to cancel my room and rebook another room. When I arrived they said I had to pay for my cancellation the attendant was rude even after I showed I contacted booking agent and canceled it so I left and went to another hotel Iam a business owner of a Rv park I will not recommend the motel 6 in Redmond to any of my guess looking for a good motel in refmond

No frills...not used to spending so much money for a Motel 6, but considering it was last minute and I was REALLY tired on my travel between San Diego and Portland...it was PERFECT!

They way overcharged for the stay, $600 instead of normal $200, which I get due to the demand, but weren’t staffed to handle the event. We waited 30 mins in line to check in and some people couldn’t get in their rooms because they weren’t finished cleaning from the day before. Management should’ve properly staffed knowing it was fully booked/sold out all weekend. It stunk in the lobby every time we came and went like urine

We attended the Fairwell festival and this was in close proximity to the fairgrounds which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
