We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom had no refrigerator or microwave. Clerk said they were hoping to buy one that day and could rent both a refrigerator and a microwave for 5.00 a day each, IF one came in. I believe I won't be staying at a Motel 6 after this visit. I will be willing to pay a few dollars more for the amenities most other hotels offer as a courtesy.

United States of AmericaOverall, for a 2-star motel, it is very well run and nice. They may receive subsidized guests, but all was calm and congenial.
The grassy area for families to sit and enjoy. The security. They hire many employees who maintain the facilities. It is a large motel,, but quiet.The room was in good condition and sparse, but in good shape. Good access to the freeway and restaurants. Shopping center across the freeway.

United States of AmericaAll my main concern was basically the area of the location I decided to get the room cuz it was close by my job and I wanted to get away from the roommates but when I saw the ghetto bird on top of the hotel they were searching for somebody maybe like in the area but I was like where am I at right now I don't usually stay or hang out in in El cajon so if you get what I'm saying.
I like the fact that the check-in was very proper the girl that checked me in she was working on September 4th in the afternoon during check-in time and she was very polite and very friendly and I think she's really great on customer service I forgot her name I give good props to her really good to work the front desk check people in she seems like a very caring person. 🙂👍

United States of AmericaI came in late around 1:30 am the fronts desk person was nice they was an issue with the credit card machine the atm also wasn’t working it was suggested that I walk to an atm in an unfamiliar location alone at night otherwise I couldn’t get a room thankfully my friend came to help me because had they not who knows what would have happen. I recommend holding the customers card till the next shift change and settling up the next day vs trying to find an atm that time of night.
The room was a decent size for one person. The pool was a nice addition to the stay. The housekeeping staff were always will help supply extra towels etc they made my stay comfortable and made me feel welcomed.

United States of AmericaAlthough clean, the room was run down and had been used by a smoker. The staff sprayed and it was tolerable. The location would have been OK if the access had been more apparent in the mapping. The access from the main streets north of I-8 is tricky. Getting to locations north of I-8 needs to be explained as it is easy to be going north out of the local area without the possibility of finding an exit to your desired destination. I suggest a small map with an explanation as a handout showing Magnolia entrances and exits to and from the local area and freeways.
The staff is this location's strength. They are helpful, very pleasant, knowledgeable of the general area, and professional.
