Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In most other motels we stayed in they offered free breakfast and this one only had free (and not great) coffee.
Good and affordable place to stay in for a quick stop over or a couple of nights. A short walk (15 mins) to the town centre so really good location.

Nothing to complain. The breakfast option was quite simple - for a proper breakfast you have to use a cafe nearby. Booking.com info for the hotel says "no parking", but as usual, for the US Motel 6`es there is free parking available (it was the same for some other Motel 6`s and Super 8`s we visited during this trip).
The hotel was ok, nothing special - usual Motel 6. The city center was within walking distance. The neighbourhood wasn`t too noisy, the rooms were clean.

It was pretty cold in the room because of the little space between door and frame. You can hear almost everything even with a closed door.

I would have liked more amenities. At minimum a coffe maker for hot water. Better yet, a microwave oven. The heat was not quite sufficient. I could have used an extra blanket for the bed. They were short staffed on house keeping and my room got cleaned only twice during my 5 nights stay. I ran out of toilettries and had to ask at the front desk.
The room was new and clean looking. Above motel grade appearance. The staff was professional. You can't beat the location or price.

Be aware that if your room is on the office side of the building, there is a lot of road noise. People mentioned the $50 deposit requirement that was not listed on booking.com. The window does not open and there was no cool air through the HVAC system, so the room is a bit stuffy. I would recommend you read the reviews before booking. I did not.

There are only 5 extra blankets at this location. It was cold while I was there, so I went out and purchased a blanket to use. There was an accident across the street that caused the power to go out from 12:45am to 6:30am. There was no notice from the management nor any offer to provide some form of heat. I wrapped up in extra clothes, etc...

There were no cups in the room for either hot or cold drinks. The coffee bar did not always have hot water or hot coffee available. It was a bit off-putting that the breakfast selections were on the check in desk and not at the coffee table. It felt like we were being scrutinized for our selections.
The room was clean and the TV options were good. The linens and towels were in good supply. The facility was able to meet my request for a first floor room.

Facility was quite old and maintanance could have been improved. Also some the coffee beverage offer was strongly improvable.
Easy and free parking, not too far from the city center and just behind the nice station area. Clean place and good price.

Handy for downtown Santa Fe and for travelling outside of town. Clean rooms, helpful staff and free parking. WiFi good and consistent for working.

As previously mentioned from other travelers - you get what you pay for. Nothing special. Clean, handy place in really good location to Santa Fe Downtown. The most amazing bakery for breakfast just 2 minutes walk (‚Sage‘)!!!!!
