You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaRooms were ok but not the cleanest. Everyone was crammed in on the bottom floor. Our neighbours literally partied and blasted their music until 4am. The staff knew them so said a nothing. No coffee maker in the room. Toilet was not secured to the floor. Fridge leaked water everywhere. Area was sketchy. Would not recommend.

United States of AmericaThe atmosphere felt very unsafe. The room next door had their door open and played loud music. Children (at least 4) were running up and down the first and second floor screaming. I asked when "quiet hours" would begin and about 20 minutes later the music turned down for about an hour. Started back up a little after midnight. The kids did eventually go to their rooms. ( I have children and like music.... this was OVER THE TOP). I saw the room rate in the lobby at $60 and I paid over a $100.
When you have nothing nice to say, you don't say anything. It was close enough to the location I needed to be at, that I booked the room.

The noise from the room cleaner had her radio on her cart next to my room BLASTING even though she knew i was in the room next door. others in the area where talking loudly into the night. I woke up the first night and walking to the bathroom the floor was flooded with water for most of the room. I was lucky I did not slip. i used every towel to wipe it up. in the morning it was puddles again. I reported to the desk who said she would have maintenance look at it. that never happened.

United States of AmericaProperty was filthy. Bathroom had mold, a broken toilet, the room was very large and updated but there was n place to sit, only a bed and console table and mini fridge. Outside was a disaster, ie, thousands of cigarette butts on all sidewalks, dirty water from air conditioners. The door to our room had a very large gap at the bottom where we used a towel to prevent any critters from entering. We did not feel safe at this stop and left before dawn. Will never book with Booking.com is this is what you’re selling.

United States of AmericaThey kicked my reservation out after I had called to confirm again the morning of the trip..when I got there, they didn't have my room and told me all they had was 1 double room at the king price. Not only that, they had a child at the front desk running the show. She had to constantly call her momma to figure out what to do which was nothing. I don't know where the momma was..So I went across the street to the Magnolia Inn, got a better room and better service. I won't ever try to stay at a Motel 6 again..especially this one. P.S. Grandma was feeding 4 or 5 kids in the lobby.
