It was a bit loud from other guests and could smell someone smoking nearby outside but not too bad. No toiletries other than a bar of soap so glad I brought some with me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to my destination and restaurants. BEST Pet Friendly option without added fees which was great! Room was clean and no carpet which is nice for pets and allergies.

The hot tub seemed fairly unclean BUT in the motels defence … there was a full family party happening in the pool / hot tub earlier that day. There must have been at least 10 (mainly children) and when I checked there were at least 5 people held up in the hot tub for hours. Public hot tubs can naturally get pretty gross and in this setting it happens very very fast. The water looked gross, we decided to skip our late night hot tub.

This definitely met my expectations! You get what you pay for - as for a budget motel, you can’t ask for much more than this! The room was clean enough - I was able to bring my cat at no extra charge. We felt comfortable and safe and it was a nice break from Van life 😁 we also got our room upgraded to ground level at no extra charge… we got to park our van right outside of our room which was extremely convenient to us AND felt we had to worry less about property theft- being unfamiliar with the area.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with an elevator on the end of the building. We had to walk past 20 or more rooms to get to the passageway to get to the odd numbered rooms. Ours was 15th room from the passagewsy.

The jacuzzi was not clean. They do not clean the pool frequently even thou it was cold it seems dirty. I would not go during summer when the pool is used a lot. It would be even dirtier. There was hair on the shower and bathroom sink. The bathroom was not cleaned before we use it. Usually there is shampoo but only 2 small soap bars were provided for a family of 4. The bed sheets were old and the room smell like old too.

The parking is big. The office was clean. There is a pool and a jacuzzi. AC was working. Wifi worked good!

Room was a bit outdated and could use a touch up, however we did know this on forehand with the photos.

Great location if you plan on visiting Joshua tree park early in the morning with sunrise. We arrived late and checked out early, which wasn’t an issue at all. Room was what we expected with all the necessities, like fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable.

Our booking was cancelled since we were delayed and the staff was unresponsive to several attempts made to discuss our flight delay. We had to create a new booking at 5 am.im the morning. Not ideal

The pool and hot tub area spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful. Location was very convenient for the national park.

The young lady who checked us in, whose name was Heather, was delightful and very helpful! Gave us a wonderful first impression, good dinner recommendations and even extra pillows.

The most horrible Marijuana smell came out of the bathroom fan in both of the rooms I had for my family. No cleaning services for the 3 nights we were there..had to get towels ourselves.

Close to Joshua Tree NP. Beds were comfortable, everything worked. Check in was fast. Pool and hot tub were open , did not use. Coffe and water avaialble in Lobby but no breakfast.

Key did not work had to get it fixed 2x in one day! Attendant said it was because I put it close to my phone both times I said I had not done that...they need to stop blaming the customer and replace keyboard rather than recharge the one that did not work when customer has it happen more than 1 time these things do wear out. Not safe to have the key not work.
