Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms are vinyl plank that looks like wood. They sweep.the floors but they need mopped as the bottom of our feet were brown from walking on it bare footed.
We enjoy staying here as we do so at least twice a month as it's affordable, clean and comfy.

Just wished they had more parking.

They need more parking but that can't happen.
We stay there several times a month as we come down and work in the LDS TEMPLE for our church. And this is a great place to stay for the price, cleanliness, and location.

Needs more parking. As we stay here at least twice a month and sometimes we don't arrive until late and have to park by the curb because there's no parking spots close to our room
We like the location and the fact that it's very affordable and comfortable room. It meets our needs.

Only lights in room 106 that worked were the ceiling Lights. Plus we were to have a king room and got 2 queen beds.

Needs more parking.
We stay here several times a month. The rooms are fairly good sized, clean and the beds are definitely comfy. You get a full size frig, stove, microwave and dishes, pots and pans with a studio room. For barely over $60 a night it's a great place to stay.

This particular time our room had a couple of black bugs in the bathroom. They put us in a handicap room and the shower bottom was cracked. It still worked though.
It's always comfortable.

I'd love it if they served a true hot breakfast but not sure if we'd be able to eat there before we have to leave as we have to be at the Temple by 6:20 to get ready. So we bring our own breakfast stuff and use the microwave to heat it up... Or we stop at the Dunkin Donuts shop just north of the hotel.
We stay here at least 2 times a month as we come down to work in our churches Temple. We were looking for an affordable place that was clean and comfy. We've been staying here for several months now. They know us and we are very happy staying here. Room is clean, comfy and big.

The lady at the front desk looked dirty. She acted as if she didn't know what she was doing. I had to pay a deposit. I wanted to pay it with cash. Put it was put on the card and was told nothing about my deposit as I checked out.

The staff was rude. I explained we had stayed previously and she brushed me off. I complemented the previous stay and staff, once again, brushed me off. Just felt very rushed and as I was in convincing the women who checked me in.

The TV didn't work in one of our rooms we stayed at but not a deal breaker.
We stay here quite often... At least twice a month on Friday nights. It's a great room for the price. We use bookings.com and it's $60.27 for the night including taxes

Parking lot gets a little full so it’s a bit cramped and hard to park if other people don’t park correctly

They need more parking. We couldn't park in front of our door so we had to park out by the road in front of the canopy of the motel. At least we didn't have to worry about door ding's to our sweet Challenger.
The room is large. We've been looking for a hotel or motel to stay at twice a month as we come down to work in the LDS TEMPLE. The bed is very comfortable and the studio rooms are great. King Rooms for $60 with taxes is awesome.

One of our handtowels had what looked like a glob of black ink on it. It wasn't that big of a deal as we had two and the other one was clean. Needs more parking.
We thought the bed was very comfortable..Room is fairly big with stove, full sized frig, microwave, sink and dishes/silverware.
