The shower had some broken parts to it. There was a used wash cloth on the shower head, so I didn't feel comfortbale using the shower.

The room was very spacious and fit my needs. The sheets were clean and the room was a nice space.

- Front desk staff, while efficient, did not convey an air of welcoming hospitality and friendliness. - Like many hotels, the breakfast was all sugar and carbohydrates; no protein. Diabetics will need to eat breakfast elsewhere. - Some minor maintenance issues such as water damage to the floor and wall around the bathtub and a non-functional lock on an exterior entry door. All minor issues.

Clean and comfortable and in easy walking distance to the town square. Great accommodation. I would stay here again. The indoor swimming pool is a real plus. I have stayed at this facility whenever in Centerville over the course of the last 30 years or so and it is as good or better than ever. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff tried to charge me more than what my booking said. Our room was not very clean. There was dust and debris in the corners of the whole room and especially behind the toilet in the corner. The towels were old, dingy, and worn out. Breakfast? Don't bother, the coffee is terrible and the food is average at best. McDonalds is just down the street FYI.

The bed was comfortable and they at least had soaps at a time when some don't. The TV service was decent.

First thing, TV wouldn't work, but host came immediately and got it working. Then couldn't get connected to internet. Again, host fixed it promptly. I apologized for bothering him so much, he said not at all to worry about it, call him anytime. Was nice. The plug ins are old and poorly placed, and often wouldn't hold a plug in. Newer hotels just spoil you. Air conditioner rattled. Didn't like we had to pay extra for "sanitizing fees." Suppose it's the times.

It's hard to rate this property appropriately because it's in an isolated area, on a road that probably isn't heavily used. It is an old property but had tried to update it as much as possible. Despite that, host was good to come to our room and fix everything that wasn't working promptly and cheerfully. My bed was great, husband's was not.

The building facade is a bit dated.

The staff person was extremely nice and held the pool open an extra hour for my friend and me. The place is small but very well equipped and the breakfast was excellent.
