All the furniture needs to be replaced. Not enough electrical outlets. Unheated pool so too cold for swimming.

Step back into the 1960s. Original, not retro! Comfortable mattress with soft bedding. Clean. Shower ok. Upper deck Lounge area. Across the street from Ft Lauderdale Beach. Restaurant on the beach. Nikki at the desk was wonderful. On a bus stop. No stores for 1 mile each way, but we caught busses to get around with no car. Fares $2, $1 for seniors.

Could hear traffic from in my room, bed comfortablity, odd smell in the room if the window was leaft closed for to long.

We had 2 rooms 1 was alittle musky when we checked in but we were able to air it out just fine.

The staff were really nice answered all my many questions. Will definitely us this hotel again.

the shower curtain was a bit smelly with a small bathroom (no place for toiletries), overall bedroom size is quite small with no space for bags, AC had a remote that was not working so we had to wonder pressing in the faded not cleary market buttons in the AC itself to regulate the temperature.

location was wonderful just a few minutes from the beach, the bed was comfortable, a few nice restaurants around in walking distance, parking was very convenient in front of the property, and the check-in process was easy through the phone with a code to the door

The television did not work the whole time we stayed there (we did not call to have it repaired). The office was usually closed and there was rarely any staff on site.

It is an older hotel but very well maintained. There is a pool in the courtyard. The rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable The room was reasonably priced. Location was fairly good with several restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

The internet connection in the room was not good. The WiFi kept falling the whole time and no devices could work properly on the WiFi.

The stay was good! I really liked the nice approach of Nikki who helped us with some information about the neighborhood, and how we could reach certain places. Nikki was very friendly and helpful! All by all, we had a nice stay.

I had asked whether could check in early and was advised would see on the day how they were fixed. I got there but reception was closed. Anyway eventually two women showed up a bit later and checked me in. There was also an Irish gentleman there who was on reception and I think he would be the most disinterested and lethargic reception person I've ever seen. Anyway later the WIFI went down but alas reception was closed for the rest of the day. In fact I got the impression I was the only one staying there. You just could not get hold of anyone by any means. Next day I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get WIFI so I could order a Uber. Most unsatisfactory.

It was very small inside room especially bathroom. Didnt have but 2 outlets. So we had to unplug stuff to charge phones.

We loved that the top had a seating area to hang out. Loved the pool being inside gate next to rooms and opened all night. Love that it was quite.

I do not like the floor tiles if I'm being perfectly honest. Did away with the classic American motel charm.

I liked the staff and the location. It is a value hotel, and for that purpose this was a great place to stay. You don't pay for the ritz you don't get the ritz.
