The property is old so when the people above me woke up at 5am, the cracking of the wood floors made it absolutely impossible to sleep further. Also the tub install seems dodgy or low quality so as u shower the cracking and noise is very loud.

The room was clean, and the location was great. The front desk lady and the night guy were very nice. They did not use a ton of strongly scented cleaning products like some other places I stayed on my trip.

Older building so not much for sound proofing, can easily hear people talking outside of the rooms. The shower is on the small side, if you’re a fluffy person then it could be uncomfortable.

The outdoor amenities were not open. It might be good to update that they are down so that others aren’t disappointed when they find the pool and hot tub aren’t open.

The shower stall was small and the shower head was not adjustable up/down so had to stand in a corner or against the opposite wall to rinse off.

No elevator to 2nd floor, so luggage was tough. The stairs are open, which always cracks me out, especially in the dark. The upper level walkway is very slipped, which didn't inspire confidence.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy. The recent remodel of this 1950s style motel is very tasteful. They have managed to bring the 50s into the 21st Century with such a keen eye for color, decor, and amenities.

Hot tub empty, road noise, room could use a small microwave, bed frame was a bit noisy, night stands were not very good quality and wobbly, room was updated but needed new wall electrical plug ins and light switches. A lot of light through front window roller shade.

Your website, Booking.com, indicated this location had a hot tub available. I tried to call the motel directly to verify this, but no one answered. I selected this facility specifically because of the hot tub available. However, upon arrival, I was informed it was closed for the winter. Neither YOUR website nor THEIRS indicated this. I would have chosen a different motel at a lower cost that didn't have a hot tub if the websites were correct and updated to indicate the hot tub was not available. You need to make your website accurate!!!!

The pool was unheated so not very inviting on a cool day - while the rooms were clean and comfortable the outside areas were a little rundown looking

The window shade didn't cover the entire window and you could see through the cracks. Blackout curtains are better and they cover all the racks. The water was slow in the sink.

The shower was super tiny! We struggled a bit trying to rinse hair, etc. A bigger/taller person might have a really hard time with it. Also, would have been nice if the pool were open later.

No cable TV so I had to stream from my cell phone which is probably not a problem for most people but it took me too long to figure out how to do it. The ice machine was out of order. The closet had no light.

The room appeared to be recently renovated and everything was clean. My room was very quiet. I liked the soft soap dispenser in the bathroom and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. They gave me a complimentary beer at check in😀

office closed for coffee, had no fan in bathroom, bed was very low, shower was dark, no window coverings for back of room or bathroom and not enough towels. Parking sucks and advertising is false, no hot tub in room.

Kind of a bummer that the pool was being cleaned and not available. We didn't know making the reservation just hours before staying. We actually chose this place for the pool and to have it not available was definitely disappointing. Especially for the price verses others in the area. We usually choose hotels or motels based on breakfast served and pools so the kids will have fun. This place had neither this time. Other than that the motel had amazing beds and service was great. Very clean! Would love a hook or two in the bathroom. Most toiletry bags are meant to hook and hang in a bathroom but there wasn't any way to do so in this one. Also no vents in the bathrooms makes it interesting for a family of four lol. Will still stay here again based on the service and beds alone!

Loved the beds! Most comfortable beds we have had in 2 weeks of expensive hotels. We usually stay in Hiltons and Hamptons and these beds were so much better! They have done an amazing job with the renovation of this motel. Very clean, smells clean and amazing (without cleaner smells) The front of house staff was very sweet.
