While I understand the reason for eco-friendly lighting, the only reason I would not stay here again is because the motion sensorsed lighting made getting ready for work very difficult, as I kept having to wave my arms to keep the lights on. I’d recommend being able to adjust the length of time before lights dim, or more sensitive sensors that keep the lights on when a person is there.

Rooms are quite small but otherwise ok. We were not told clearly about the use of vouchers against breakfast/food purchase and I had tio discuss at the check out as we were going to be charged more than we should have had.

Guest rooms are small, but well designed. Misrepresented on Booking site as having a kitchenette. None of the rooms we were told have kitchenettes. Gym, but no pool.

Chic hip vibe in a great Chelsea location. Surprisingly good restaurant/bar. Great view from our 32nd floor room. New and fresh.

Wardrobe and hanging space was limited We rang down to reception on a couple of occasions and no one answered so one of us had to go down from the room ,

The staff on reception were helpful and informative. Very pleasant friendly staff in all departments we came in contact with during our stay. One female bartender was not very friendly and was in fact quite blunt. This was an evening we had a nightcap before bed, I even overheard her saying to a male colleague "i hope i haven't offended you it's just the way I am " ! The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean every day. We had an issue with a noisy fan the first night and maintenance arrived within minutes and fixed the problem! Would stay again and recommend to others

Room was nicely done but pretty tiny - think this is probably normal for New York! We had a weird tapping noise in our room. They sent an engineer up immediately but he couldn’t fix it. It wasn’t the end of the world but it was annoying. It was very expensive but again that’s normal For NYC. Saw by chance you could book on the day for a lot less than we had pre paid through booking.com. The fitness class advertised - tried to book it but told you had to book physically by the front desk 12 hours ahead, which I couldn’t do as we were out so didn’t make one of those.

The restaurant was kinda expensive to have a breakfast in, even with the discount. And the hotel could have a free water refilling station. The room's table was very small to do anything on it, but the size of the room was also not so large.

Amazing view of the downtown Manhattan skyline, with a floor to ceiling window. The room was very modern, clean and with a stylish contemporary decoration and LED lighting. Very comfortable with a nice experience. The whole hotel seems modern and taken care of, with a great decoration. Chelsea also seems like a good neighborhood if you don't wanna stay in the touristy areas of midtown.

Only issues were the slow elevator (but there are 43 floors) and I could feel the individual springs in the mattress. A mattress topper could take care of that. Also, the shower handle came off in my hand...but was just as easily put back.

The room was clean, bright, and cozy with a gorgeous shower. The staff was quick and efficient as there was a large crowd at check in. The food at Lula, the in house restaurant, was delicious and filling. The location was perfect as we were going to Coletta for vegan Italian food, and Miss Kim's for karaoke, all within walking distance. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We really missed shoehorns and an umbrella. We bought both - which was not easy - and left them in the room to see if the next guest would have a good time.

The cleaning of the room was great! The location of the Hotel is good, there are many things nearby. I would like to visit you again in July.

Nothing, it was all good. Chelsea is kind of far away from everything in NY but the area is quiet.

The room configuration with the loft bed over the king bed was perfect for our teenage son. It gave us all a little bit of privacy.
