Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately on sunday all restaurants were either closed or had very limited working hours :-( Stayed only one night and was disappointed that i could not enjoy the terrace. Also, no breakfast available, though there is a small cafe (El Cafe) in the front of the lobby with some breakfast options available (at an additional cost, pastry, some sandwiches).
Good location, walking distance to main attractions, also to train station. Well sized, functional room, good view. Clean.

There wasn’t much soap in the soap bottles and it was hard to get a drink in the middle of the night cause there was no vending machine I also had no view I was facing other windows and a roof the parking was also very expensive on top of the stay I didn’t see anything about 50$ parking when I booked this room

I didn't like the bathroom so close to the bed, but there is little to do about that. I just don't like smelling when people poop.
Great location, easy to access major spots, and near stores and clubs. I also like the little happy hour food and drinks, and the prices were pretty fair.

The room was not well cleaned and there are not enough electrical outlets for modern life. The cafe is seriously understaffed in the mornings, with long lines and wait times.
The common areas are attractive and have good options for morning coffee, a drink at the end of the day. Didn't try supper. The location is convenient. Despite some misgivings I would recommend this hotel.

Very centrally located if you're visiting city center. Both the common areas and the room were clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed. The staff was notably friendly and welcoming. The room was neither too hot nor too cold (a common issue with hotel rooms). Would absolutely stay again.

My only complaint is the bathroom was right next to the bed. This took getting used to but really wasn’t a big deal.
Very clean and connected to an awesome restaurant/bar. The area it was in was also very walkable with lots of places to eat and drink.

I should have chosen a larger type of room due to lack of space and I had to lower the roller shades all the time because windows face each other. But for price- value, it is very good.

Everything was closed when we were there on Sunday, the restaurant, the roof, and there was very little ambience. Our room also smelled like weed, they offered to move us, but it didn’t really bother us much.

The location is good, very central . Didn't have breakfast, There's a open plan bar/eatery and a coffee dock near the front door. Very comfortable and great views. See picture for view from room 10th floor.

These minimalist "pod" rooms basically require you to sit on the bed -- if there is a chair/table/desk they are as comfortable as a stool and barrel.
The staff were fantastic. The room was a bit small and minimalist, but it served well. The location can't be beat...very convenient.
