You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe used a remote check-in. The individual who checked us in was exptremely courteous and helpful, but difficult to understand. Event the text transcription on the unit was mis-interpreting his speech. I personally do not object to this kind of check in, it was just laborious.

United States of AmericaThat weird kiosk. I actually wouldn't have minded a fully automated kiosk... but trying to talk to a man on a screen in a kiosk was just awkward. Also, as a woman traveling alone, I would prefer there was a human being on site 24 hours a day.
For the price, I was expecting bare bones, but it was actually very nice: coffee in room, updated bathroom, and even breakfast. Most importantly, it was very clean and quiet. During my stay, a family of five with two dogs moved in next door and I couldn't hear them through the walls.

We strongly prefer to deal with a human for the check in Prior to arrival there was confusion about my reservation made through booking.com. Your representative repeatedly confused me with another party resulting in me spending a lot of time confirming my reservation.

United States of AmericaI was really impressed with their contactless check-in process. They’ve got this kiosk setup where a person from the call center assists you through a video screen. It felt very futuristic and efficient. The best part? Your room keys are dispensed by the machine right there. It’s a great system, especially if you’re looking for a quick and hassle-free check-in after a long day of travel. Definitely adds to the convenience of staying at Super 8!
