We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americawell, If I could say one thing negative about this property, I would say, the room was super warm. even when I had the thermostat set at 65, it was still too hot to sleep.
The Staff was Super Friendly and helpful! they Knew the purpose of our trip was to Audition at the Peabody Conservatory, so let my son into an empty conference room to do some practice. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the conservatory.

The hotel is great and this was our fourth stay. The bath tissue has gotten really, really cheap. That is really the only negative but it is worth reporting. You don't want to think about bringing your own toilet tissue to a nice hotel, but that is what I would recommend.

The property was easy to get to. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the fact that there was actual glassware/coffee mugs, tho I did not use them. The beds were very comfortable and the ambience was very relaxing. The bath toiletries were excellent and easy to use as they were not little sample sizes. The food was excellent and the bartender made an excellent old fashion cocktail (yum!).

NetherlandsI arrived shortly after 1 pm not expecting my room to be ready yet. Staff reminded me anyways very clearly that I could have booked (for payment) early check-in… so I hit the road, coming back shortly after 3 pm. Receptionist again told me that the room was not cleaned yet and that next time, I should book early check-in. 10min later I saw them book in a couple and miraculously my room also became clean and ready for check in. Then I bumped into one of the house keeping staff and they confirmed that my floor had been cleaned and ready quite some time ago… interesting? Then I had booked breakfast and oldfashionedly received paper tickets to show to the restaurant staff. First morning, I was informed of all the things I could not have for these tickets… One drink only and only some of the breakfast options on the menue… It was not a good a good feeling at all and clearly the hotel is trying to make extra money - eg I had to pay the taxes for the breakfast on top of what I booked - seriously?????? Room was noisy - windows seemed single glass (at least it sounded like it). Also didn’t like the sheet of the bed being without cover but only in-between two linnen. I don’t think it’s good value for money - maybe if just the hotel policy had been different. I will definitely not come back.
The location was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom spacious. House keeping and breakfast staff was great! Receptionist too on days 2 and 3 (not at arrival)

South AfricaI think you need to have more waitresses. It was difficult for one person to serve all the patrons on time. I felt it held things up especially if you needed to go somewhere. Also a room service would be great. Especially just to bring food up from the restaurant. Not everyone is comfortable coming down to the restaurant to fetch food in their PJs!
I loved the location of the Hotel. I felt safe enough to walk around and enjoy all Baltimore had to offer. I felt the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delish!!!
