We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Nothing was bad. It's your typical road-side motel. It's a matter of expectations.
Fantastic value. As motels go, it was clean, functional. The check-in and check-out process was quick.

The refrigerator and the microwave still needed updated but they did work.
We had a room with 2 queen beds. There was also 2 comfortable chairs to sit in. You could angle the tv around the room. It was mostly remodeled and very comfortable. Definitely a good value.

They were doing renovations on the surrounding rooms while we were there so it was a little noisy at times but nothing to serious. Also, accommodations for 8 is what I booked, but luckily it only end up being 6 of us because it was a little cramped.
It was definitely clean and the staff was nice. Convenient to everything and easy to find.

The beds were hard and pretty uncomfortable, and there were several cigarette butts outside my door when we checked in, despite the front desk staff telling us they were strict about smoking areas.
The property was great and the front desk staff was nice. The room was super clean.

Nothing was bad but traffic noise “kind of a giving in Tennessee” but it is close to the road
Great location, wasn’t to far away from anything you could walk to get food if needed pigeon forge is probably 10-12 minutes away

I thought it was quiet. Needed a break from home, really quiet, comfy place. Room was clean. It’s literally near everything. So if you are wore out and want to stay near your hotel that evening, you have so many things to do around you. Definitely will be my go to when I come back!

The rooms are not updated, however that was not a issue for us bc the room was clean and comfy. and we didn't spend much time in there anyway. Just to shower and sleep.
The location was great and the rooms were really clean. I stayed in the deluxe queen room 244. It was quiet.

Noticed a couple of small issues: first, I noticed a cheerio near the refrigerator (not ours) and another piece of a snack food item noted near the bedstand (again, not ours) so could have been a tad bit more thorough with cleaning. The shower gel installed in the shower was empty. We stayed for 3 nights total; after returning to our room the 2nd night, we had not received any housekeeping service, which I was upset about because last year they cleaned our room each day. So when we returned on our 3rd night after being gone all day, I stopped and got fresh towels because I anticipated the room not being serviced but in fact it had been; so not sure if the first night was just an oversight or what the issue was. But even after cleaning the room , they still did not refill the shower gel.
This was our second stay at the Mountain Aire Inn. The room was very basic, which was fine. We threw together a last minute trip and honestly did not want to drop a bunch of money on the hotel. For that reason, we chose the Mountain Aire; the price we paid was very fair given the timing (spring break). It is no frills; there is no breakfast, the pool was not open yet, etc. The room was mostly clean, smelled clean (see below for a couple of issues). We had a double room which had 2 beds, bathroom, microwave and refrigerator. No issues with hot water or water pressure. Room was quiet, did not hear neighbors or any outside or street noise. This is an older hotel, so if you are expecting 5 star accommodations, look elsewhere; if you want a basic room that takes care of basic needs (sleeping and showering) at a fair price, this is a good choice.

We could have used a couple extra pillows. ( maybe we could have gotten extra, we didn't ask) Our TV was broken. . Over all for the price, somewhere to sleep & shower it was perfectly fine.
