The breakfast was not that great. There is another Ranch Rd address on the other side of town I mistakenly drove to. Didn’t like the site is named MS Lodge but the sign in front says MS Motel, although it fits both the motel and lodge setups.

Need a space big enough to sort through stuff I was moving and the room offered that easily. It also had a nice back porch view and surrounding. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Very strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we checked in. Not a deal breaker, and there are worse smells to endure, but it was a bit much!

Nice, quiet facility & great location close to where we were going. Nearby shopping to pick up supplies, good breakfast buffet options, nice pool.

I would like if the floors were a little cleaner but it maybe only be residue from the mop but there was a white film/haze. Film did not appear to rub off on to my socks or shoes so that is good.

I did not have the opportunity to partake in the breakfast. Wish I would have because the common space looked inviting. The bathroom was clean and new and I love the tile. I also enjoyed the balcony. The room was spacious and the number of available outlets was great. It was overall a very clean and inviting space. They are obviously in the process or upgrading and the results are beautiful. Check in and Check out were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in staff needed us to know when exactly we would be arriving to ensure someone was at the front desk. As we didn't know exactly how long everything would take, we were off by a half hour, and we had to wait a half hour for the staff to return. Not a huge deal, and she was apologetic, but that's the reason it was not 5 stars.

The staff was inconsistent and short staffed but they did try to accommodate us when we ask for them to check our sink and provide more toilet paper (we got one roll for 3 people).

The property was a great location for our family plans but it was being updated (paper over windows).

Was looking for a place to sleep while on a deer hunt. Had everything I needed as well as a nice breakfast for the road.

The location was perfect for an event that was held nearby. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options in the area too. Our room had a door leading into the private courtyard area with a private patio.

Funny smell in room, kind of odd. One tv remote did not work. Only one bulb out of 4 bulbs worked in the sofa room area. Bathtub did not appear sanitary with the large cracks on the bottom standing area. Pull out sofa had no sheets or pillows for 2 and we booked a King suite to accommodate 4 people. Front desk staff was prompt to correct the problem after doing many other tasks.

I wasn’t aware that we needed to ask for fresh towels, etc., though I understand now this is common presently after Covid with the staff shortages all hotels are plagued with. The property could use some updating, but I won’t hesitate to visit again.

The view is simply gorgeous! The hotel is situated such that every room has a balcony with a lovely view. The breakfast was a nice little bonus. The room was plenty spacious.

Air conditioner was a little noisy, but I slept fine. The room had been repainted but some of the light switch plates had not been properly cleaned from excess paint - no big deal. Second floor rooms are only accessible by stairs, so those with mobility challenges would want to make sure they have a first floor room.

Not fancy, but very functional. Very nice staff. Good value. Quiet location. Very large room.

Honestly there isn’t anything I really disliked everything was great especially the staff that work the front desk. Even housekeeping was super friendly

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Please move the huge chair from in the room. I stomped my foot 2x.

Very clean, staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating, rooms were spacious and offered a great view for a great price. We visit Austin regularly this will be our new go to location to stay.
