Only a double bed. I booked a king size bed on booking.com and ended up with a double bed. I didn’t double check the confirmation, which was my fault, but didn’t think I had to. Since I picked the king bed. Plus the back key lock didn’t work, so had to go around front to get in.

The neighbors were very noisy. Growing up in a row home I know you can hear everything through the walls and it was difficult to sleep with the noise. I would also recommend new pillows.

The house was very clean and cozy. The location was great for our needs. The bedroom was very spacious and the king size bed was a definite plus. I have to comment on the towels and how nice it was to actually feel dry.

Cold- an AC unit that is also a heating unit and the air was stuffy when it was on. It was 58F in our room when we woke up in November.

I didn't like that the coffee creamers were chunky, only 2 towels with no staff to get more. And that it was attached to private homes that were not kept very nice.

I did not see any staff. Felt uncomfortable entering a residence without anyone present. Room was very small for two people.

I read the bad reviews and was nervous. One review said sketchy neighborhood. That is the furthest thing from the truth. It's a nice neighborhood, quiet. We were in suite #4 and have no complaints. Room looked exactly like the pictures. Suite 4 is on the 3rd floor, right across from the roof deck. Would stay here again.

Very narrow staircase to go up to your room. I'm glad we didn't have medium or large suitcases to carry up. Not a suite, very small, you open the door and immediately have three steps to go down into the room. Very hard for two people to move around in room. I wouldn't recommend for elderly. No staff at all so couldn't rate.

In a nice neighborhood, Restaurants in walking distance for breakfast. I loved the balcony, great view. Communication for check-in was by text and email, both with very clear instructions.

There was never a staff member on site and it was difficult to get a hold of the owner in a timely manner. The creamer was spoiled and chunky, and they did not provide extra coffee pods or toilet paper like they said they would per our request. There was a large paper wasp nest that we were told to avoid even though the wasps were near our balcony which was unsettling. The rooftop deck had many wasps flying around it as well so we could not spend much time up there either.

The location was great, amazing view and private parking was nice. Very quiet, close to downtown and everything was clean.

Parking is not great. The second floor stairs outside didn't have lights at night, till you got to the top. We had to use the flashlight on our phones. Not very safe. Creamer for the coffee was no good. Cuddled.

Very close to Penn's Peak. Beautiful view from the roof top deck. Area is quiet. Room was clean.

Has a jacuzzi in the room but have to push the on button really really hard to turn it on and do not run microwave, coffeemaker, and heater at the same time or you will blow a fuse
