No in room coffee and the in hotel coffee didn’t start till 7am which is too late for people with jet lag!

Great location to explore Williamsburg and Manhattan. We. Had great views of Manhattan from the room. Room was small but perfectly formed.

The overpowering incense smell in the lobby wasn't nice. The breakfast was entirely sweet items, cranberry juice, muffins, snack bars and fruit.

It was a very well appointed room overlooking the bridge, the sound of the trains is a low hum which I found soothing and not a problem whilst going to sleep. The rooms are well designed and the beds comfortable.

The breakfast. Not much choice that was included in the complimentary breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was sparse on second day as they ran out of yoghurt and cereal bars. Only water and apples left. I think it was expensive

Just a note for non-couples, the shower and toilet are separate rooms with frosted glass doors and partial wall in the shower. We found that one person had to leave the room to give the other person privacy to shower and dress.

The á la carte menu was a quick way to start the day-piece of fruit, small yogurt, granola bar, coffee, juice, but also had the option of going to the counter for other hot beverages, bagels and pastries which a $25 daily credit covered. Lounge/Lobby is beautiful with great music.

Rooms are way too small, they didn’t clean our room even when we took down the “do not disturb” sign, the phone to call the front desk did not work and had to go downstairs for any questions/requests. Toilet and shower doors are glass; hence, no privacy.

    Location and it was clean.

We traveled with a normal large suitcase and couldn't open it fully in our room since there was not enough space for it. With a weekend bag it's no problem, but for suitcases the room was not spacious enough.

The staff was exceptional and friendly and the rooms were super clean and comfortable! The hotel was in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops and little food stores and in walking distance to two metro stations (~10 min.). The complimentary breakfast was simple (coffee, juice, granola bars, muffins, yoghurt and fruits), but enough for a good start in the day.

Breakfast was very poor. Basically there was no possibility to get savoury breakfast. There was 25 dollars per room to use at the bar for breakfast and one savoury breakfast was 19..

The best bed and matras after a 10-hours flight can definitely help avoiding jet lag! Loved the design of the place and the hall where we could relax. It was spacious and comfy.

The gentleman who checked us in was a bit sarcastic - made a comment about "being ready to party" and didn't like our cool reception after flying from Portland, OR all day.

the coffee was hot and delicious. I was delighted by the helpfulness of the Moxy. I became very ill on the day we were suppose to check out, so the desk allowed us to keep the same wonderful room - with a late checkout for the next day. So grateful.

Rooms were small. There were three of us (myself and two teen sons) in the room (2 queens) and it was tight. I discovered the storage cubbies under the bed on day 2. Wish we were made aware of those since space was limited and our stuff was everywhere after the first day. The bathroom layout is odd. I’d have to leave the shower cubicle and move into the toilet cubicle to get dressed. The only garbage can in the room was next to the toliet. There should also be a garbage can by the sink. A hand towel hook added to the wall would be beneficial at the sink since counter space was limited. The mirror lighting wasn’t great for putting on makeup. I was not able to use up my entire destination charge but was charged $10 for the 2 bottles of water we drank from our room. Feel that the $10 in water should have been applied towards the destination credit.

Modern architecture, late check out, comfortable beds, location to Domino Park and waterfront, attentive staff.
