It's not very nice to wake up in the morning and you can not clean up for the day when there is no hot water anywhere. Not very comfortable when you do not feel clean so we left early to find another place where we could take a shower. Kind of a waste of money at that point. Ruined our whole trip.

The room was very spacious, clean, a beautiful view. Very.confotable.

The hotel would benefit to have its own designated smoking area that wasn't in the casino. I would like to be able to see what it was without having to look at my phone. Maybe a microwave and info in the room to help decide what we wanted to eat before going down stairs. Also maps of the property and where all the attractions are would be helpful I didn't like that even with the privacy turned on that staff entered our room, then later threatened us with security because they made a mistake. Very unprofessional.

The beds are very nice, soft and comfortable, staff is fir the most part very nice

I didn't like that I got a cold shower. For the amount we paid for one night I feel like I could have gotten a hot shower. Other than that it was a good stay.

Everything was so nice. The room was roomy and the bed was amazing. We only stayed one night. The view was pretty nice too. We started on the 10th floor but they moved us to the 12th. Not sure why but it was nice.

Check in was sketchy at first because it was booked under my first name alphabetically so they couldnt find my reservation but they figured it out . This was because I booked through a third party apparently.

I loved every bit of this experience. The room was exactly as pictured , the bed so comfortable . The windows are from floor to ceiling , so the view was spectacular . I loved the helpful staff and there is a coffee shop right next to check in with delicious cinnamon rolls that are huge . The place is brand new clean , quiet and very homey feeling. I booked another room somewhere else for day 2 due to birthday plans but I wish I would of just booked this place for 2 days instead , I didnt want to leave! Looking forward to going back .

Restaurant made mistakes on my allergies & still charged me. Pool was closed and fitness center is not open 24 hours.

It was advertised as a non smoking casino, but the smoking area was open into the non smoking area and you could not escape it. Also there wasn't enough open tables to play any card games.

Amazing! Ensure you book directly through the resort as I ended up with an “accessible/handicapped” room, and paid extra for a view of Mt Rainier, only to learn that the best room options are through the resort reservation team directly. Beautiful property and the staff are all great!

The waiter brought one drink at a time instead both together took 25 minutes to get our bread

I understand that they just opened and still learning and get kinks out. Our waiter was not on top of his game . He was slow and our steaks were not cooked the way we asked mine was suppose to be med rare and it was DONE and my husband asked for his to be med and it was med rare.when the waiter brought our check it was the wrong one thank god I looked .
