The room was perfect size, with all the requirements to make our stay the best. The proximity to "must see spots" in NYC were all reacheable from your location.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable there was no microwave and there was no tub for smaller children.

The room decor was beautiful. It was very clean and quiet. The location was great.

We had 2 rooms both in the 11th floor. One of the rooms was bigger than the other and had a little mold in the corner where the time met. But the shower with rainfall shower head and hand held that could be used at the same time was amazing!

The location is in between Times Square and 5th avenue so everything is relatively close by.

the reception female was so rude, , i was asking her about the types of the room that's available and what are the difference between them , and she wants to cancel our reservation!!! i told her its nonrefundable if its cancelled i will lose my money she replied its true , i told her you want to steal me in different way or what ? , each time i pass thru the lobby she is looking at me and whisper to her colleagues and they all staring to me !! its was so rude and uncomfortable.

Nothing really - they have a bar but it’s not being used which isn’t an issue as many bars and pubs around the hotel.

Location and we had a kind cor er room which was very spacious and had a great view too. Coffee in the morning downstairs was better than some in the cafes across the road. Staff were super friendly too. Bed and pillow also super comfy

Excellent location to visit city centre attractions. Room comfortable, clean and quiet despite city centre location. Staff all helpful and minor issues dealt with promptly without fuss.

There was some construction work taking place on one side of the hotel, which unfortunately impacted our room. Once we flagged it with the team, they were swift to resolve and move us to a different side of the hotel. The noise was lessened, but will still audible from a few floors lower. Unlikely to be a long term thing though.

Friendly staff on reception, making us feel welcome on arrival. The room/s were clean, spacious and had all the amenities you'd expect. The hotel is in a central midtown spot, making it convenient for accessing each part of the city (we did lots of walking, but it's a great way to see the city, which is of course huge).

The only thing was that the coffee area wasn't always fully replenished. I.E: coffee pot empty, no cups, no lids, creamer pitcher empty.

I would recommend the hotel management to reconsider the furnishings, they regretfully lack any sense of taste.

The location, the cleanliness, the spacious rooms all made my stay very comfortable. Right in the centre of the cultural life of NY, my stay was very short but I still enjoyed a theatre performance one evening.

Location was excellent, on a quiet street just off of Times Square. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Modern decor. No wait for elevators.

Great location for first time NYC visitors as its close to all the major rail lines and bus routes. And they have great staff on site who were super nice with all the questions and requests I had.
